Mooie, ruime 1400sf Oceanfront / End-unit in de middentoren van Summerwind. Gelegen op de 4e verdieping, het is een perfecte vloer die een panoramisch uitzicht op de Golf biedt, kunt u de dolfijnen zwemmen en springen, de hemel verlicht met mooie roze en oranje alpenglow bij zonsondergang, en de maneschijn op het water 's nachts is adembenemend . Dit alles kan worden genoten van het terras meubilair op het balkon.

Dit toestel heeft granieten werkbladen in heel (keuken en badkamers), bijgewerkt / opgewaardeerd meubilair en armaturen, alle slaapkamers hebben een eigen badkamer. Dit appartement is ideaal voor 2-3 koppels of twee kleine gezinnen!

U wordt te slapen in stijl in de slaapkamer - het heeft een eigen schuifpui en toegang tot het balkon, warme kleuren verf, kingsize bed met tempurpedic kussen top, inloopkast, flatscreen-Smart TV, ventilator aan het plafond, dubbele wastafel in prive- ligbad, inloopdouche en groot bad.

De tweede slaapkamer suite heeft een Queen bed met uitzicht op de Santa Rosa Sound, het behagen van verf en een eigen complete badkamer, ventilator aan het plafond en een flatscreen Smart TV.

De derde slaapkamer is warm en gezellig met twee aparte bedden, rieten meubels, flat screen smart tv, dvd, ventilator aan het plafond en Jack en Jill eigen bad.

Als u een chef-kok in je groep, is de keuken goed uitgerust met, roestvrij apparaten, een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan, of als u liever de 52 "flatscreen HDTV te bekijken in de woonkamer met blauwe ray Disc-speler, dat is ook beschikbaar ! De woonkamer / keuken / eetkamer zijn allemaal open bij elkaar voor een eenvoudige onderhoudend en ontspannen. De woon- / eetkamer beschikken over twee sets van de grote ramen, plus de schuifdeur die gaat over de gehele breedte van de woonkamer. HBO, Starz en Encore premium filmkanalen zijn gratis. Er is een bank, love seat en extra stoel voor uw loungen comfort.

Er zijn drie torens in het Summerwind-complex, elk met een eigen zwembad, een bubbelbad, een buitengrill / picknickplaats en een fitnessruimte.

$ 100. 00 annuleringskosten bij annulering buiten 60 dagen voor aankomst. Volledige verbeurdverklaard binnen 60 dagen, tenzij data opnieuw worden geboekt. Dat zal worden terugbetaald.

We have stayed at many Summerwind condos over the years, and this was definitely my favorite. The furniture was comfortable both inside and out. The pots and pans were actually usable instead of the extremely cheap stuff that one usually finds in a condo. I love that you got a full gulf view and yet the balcony was in the shade almost the entire day. Allowing you to enjoy the outdoors after you had had enough sun.

Navarre is a beautiful destination! It has grown and matured over the years. The beaches are unparalleled - beautiful white sand and the water is so clear! The condo is very well appointed, everything worked perfectly. We enjoyed our stay, and plan to come back!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was spacious, clean, and in a great location. We enjoyed hanging out on the spacious deck with a great view of the ocean. I highly recommend!

First 2 days elevator not working had to haul everything up and down the stairs. All beds were worn out and uncomfortable. Main Bedroom bed slates off on one of the sides with make shift 2X4's holding up some of the other slats. One Lamp in Main Bedroom had a frayed cord and unusable other one was unplugged. Pulled out nightstand to plug it in the dust and dirt behind the nightstand was unbelievable! Mold in 2 of the 3 Bathrooms. One of the compartments in the refrigerator had a cracked drawer with a sharp edge. Sliding glass door to deck hung up on a screw at the top of the frame making it almost impossible to close. Were told to leave the Beach Chairs as they had paying customers wanting them. (We were told if we had $50.00 we could use them.) We have stayed at the Summerwinds Condos for more than 10 years many of the years staying 2 to 3 times per year. Never had anything close to experience...

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. I will say that it is a little outdated in decor and the kitchen was missing a few items but we were able to make do (I understand things go missing in the kitchen so not a big deal.) It was nice to have chairs available though the unit but we did have to pay a $10 a day service fee for everyday we used the chairs. Overall this is a good unit and the owner is great to work with.

Prior to arriving, I read the description and the reviews of this property. Upon arrival, my entire family was extremely impressed with the cleanliness, the updated furniture, the decoration style and size of the place, cozy and comfortable vibes ...it was perfect. Ms. Carrie was amazing. She was attentive and professional throughout the weekend. She made sure our stay was absolutely enjoyable. The weather was not ideal, so having a beautiful condo/apartment to enjoy and relax was the absolute best part of the trip. My family is already discussing a return trip.

Lovely long holiday weekend with friends and family! We enjoyed the balcony view of the pier and many dolphins. The condo was nicely kept and had all the dishes, etc. needed to prepare a meal. Fun and relaxation was had by all!

We had a great time in Navarre! The property was as described and the pictures are representative of the condo. It was wonderful to be right on the ocean & we enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night & watching all the activities on the beach. We had rain off and on a couple of days and so being able to enjoy the ocean from the balcony was very nice. This property was very family-friendly which would be great for families with younger children. We also appreciated the beach service with an umbrella and two chairs. That was great! The only negatives were things that you find in most all condos - the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances but sometimes you are missing a utensil that you would normally use at home. No big deal - I've found this to be true almost every place we've stayed. The washer & dryer were older but worked great. Carrie was wonderful to work with & was quick to respond to any questions that I had. It was a pleasure to work with her. We had a great time & would happy to stay here again if we go back to Navarre!

This unit provided the space we needed and had all the furnishings. The water was beautiful for a couple of days until the weather brought in excessive seaweed. One of the two elevators was out the entire time which made checking in and out miserable. We did enjoy our family time in this unit. Great access to the beach and the view from the balcony was wonderful.

The condo was very clean and well-appointed. Kitchen was well-equipped, which I especially appreciated as we ate all but one of our meals at the condo. Easy access to the pool and beach. Loved having the beach chair and umbrella service -- made such a difference to how much we had to haul each morning. Property manager was responsive.

We enjoyed our stay, and the property was exactly as described. Great location, view, and very comfortable. Really liked that everyone had their own bathrooms. The sound of the ocean at night was amazing. Front row seat to an evening storm - while we were cozy inside. We’ll be back.

We had a wonderful stay in March 2022 at Navarre Beach. The condo had everything we needed and was beautifully furnished. Being 4th floor was great. The deck had a wonderful view and the complex was great - and very close to the beach. Carrie did a great job of responding to things that we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Condo was nice and efficient. We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of towels that we could wash and re-use for the bathroom! The master bed is so comfy! Would've liked to had a snack pantry and more instructions on registering the trailer with the HOA. Other than that all was good at the beach!

Upon check in the unit had not been cleaned. Owner responded and had the cleaning lady out within an hour or so. Apparently there was a mix-up and the cleaning hadn't been scheduled. Things happen. Cleaning lady was great and did a thorough job. Was promised a $50 check in the mail for the troubles. That still hasn't arrived. The unit needs an update. The outdoor patio furniture is old and really not usable. My sister was in a similar unit on property. It had been nicely updated and the patio furniture was enjoyable to use. We used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. The pans could be replaced and the oven cleaned. I guess years of renting takes it's toll on these items. Would have been nice if the fan speed in the master bedroom was adjustable. There was a remote but it didn't work.
