This unit can only accommodate up to 22 people. Overloading this unit at anytime with more than 22 people or unapproved events will result in immediate eviction!
Improper Elevator usage will result in service fines up to $500 per call
~Check-in 5PM, Check-out 10AM (If unit is ready early we allow early check-in)
A signed lease is required!
Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property & monitored
There is no smoking/vaping allowed on the property. No exceptions. Remember there is an outdoor shower and foot wash, sand stays outside. This is someone's personal home. There is no need for there to be excessive sand in the unit. Please make sure you are being respectful of this property, neighbors, and its contents. If excessive violations of this occur, additional cleaning/damage fees will be charged.
