'The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of this condo on the river. Close to everything downtown. The Battleship USS North Carolina anchors right across the river with a view from the balcony. The washer and dryer make cleaning clothes easy. Everything you need is in the comfort of this condo. A separate bedroom is great because I get up early and my wife gets up later. No arguments here. 'Wow. Fantastic property. The pictures don’t do it justice. The high-end nature of the kitchen, bar, master bath, outdoor furniture, really added to the luxury feel of this property. We enjoyed the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Played the games made available to us and had plenty of room to cook/ snack in the kitchen. I will definitely be back. 'Perfect beach house for 2 adults and 2 kids. Literally a few steps off back porch and you're on the beach. We walked from the house to the shops and boardwalk, maybe a mile at most. House had internet, and came with a beach canopy that we actually needed. Coming back next year for sure!'

'We really enjoyed our stay! The house was super clean (probably one of the cleanest VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in) and the perfect size for my family (2adults 11 yo). The walk from the house to the Boardwalk was much shorter/ easier than I expected. A quick shot on a flat road. And there is a public beach access right there at the Boardwalk, too. Brian and Jamie were easy to communicate with and made sure we were set up for a great stay. Would definitely stay here again. '

'The beachfront rental was exactly as advertised!Genevieve has excellent communication skills and was available to greet us upon arrival!The home was clean and had all amenities as listed! I particularly loved the location and private beach access!The interior decor was lovely and comfortable! I enjoyed the seahorse theme that was carried throughout property! Overall ..highly recommend!'

'We had the best time staying here! Close enough to walk to everything but far enough from the boardwalk there is privacy! Check in and check out was seamless. The hosts were more than accommodating for a last minute change in our stay! We will definitely be back! '

'Perfect stay for our last minute trip. Quiet location with a short walk to the beach accesses and boardwalk. Also short walk to a small store for any forgotten items or groceries. House was clean and host was responsive. '

'We booked from May 5 through the May 11 of 2025 and it was absolutely great. The view from the balcony to the ocean was breathtaking. The walk to the beach was only less than a minute away lots of things around to do with your family very nice place to stay. And I would recommend my friends to stay and who knows we may be back. The condo was stocked above and beyond with everything you need.'
