'This hotel is brand new and absolutely spotless—everything feels fresh and well-maintained. The amenities are excellent. Staff are incredibly friendly and quick to resolve any issues, though they can occasionally be a bit importunate. Still, their eagerness to help comes from a good place. Special thanks to Muhammad, who arranged the airport transfers for my family and patiently answered all my questions. Truly appreciated!'

'The hotel is more on a budget side. However, the friendliness of the personal, the excellent breakfast with huge choice making even the long stay comfortable. There are some grocery shops nearby in walking proximity. And the area is really quiet. You can experience the old Tashkent just outside. We were very happy on the evening walks in the neighborhood especially after hot days :)!'

'Thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Holiday Inn Tashkent City. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Abdul Aziz who helped arrange our train tickets to Samarkand and was always ready to go the extra mile to ensure our visit to Tashkent was smooth and enjoyable. '

'Very clean hotel & room. Good location, walk to UzExpo Center. Staff speaks English and very helpful, especially getting taxi. Breakfast lots of fresh melons and fruits, and usual Uzbek foods and pastries. One drawback is no elevator (only 3 floors - 1 below, 1 main floor, & 1 above.'

'Nice boutique feel, with helpful staff, decent breakfast buffet across the street, and convenience mart and ATMs nearby. Close proximity to a Metro (subway) station, made accessing the rest of the city quick and easy. As a solo traveler, this hotel was an ideal fit.'
