Kamer zijn wel klein evenals de badkamer De inrichting is klassiek. Goede amenities in de badkamer van Etro. Maar zoals de taxichauffeur zei: De Hay Adams is meer voor regeringspersonen, overheid, De Four Seasons voor de creatievelingen.......'

'Everything was very nice, but I would like to see strict regulations regarding guests' conduct. Rules of conduct need to be printed and posted everywhere. Some people just have no clue and don't respect others' needs. Both nights I was there, I couldn't sleep because people were making so much noise. '

"Nice hotel, good location, only negative points: the daily expensive resort fee that you have to use from the day of arrival and use each day, you can use it in the Starbuckscorner en put it in the room, but was still charged at check-out... And wifi charge if you’re not a Marriott member, still so 00’s… "

"Een goed verblijf gehad. Schone grote kamer en zeer vriendelijk personeel. De locatie was top met dicht in de buurt een metrostation. De buurt voelde veilig ook in de avond. "
"Walking distance to main atractions and museums. First room we got was with clogged gutter. After change we got another room with bath that could not be used. They didn’t fix it. Friendly staff only gave us three bottles of water for inconvenience for the stay of three days. "
