'Check in was not welcoming or helpful. Tried to put us in a 3rd floor suite. I paid for a walk out lanai on the beach, on the first floor. Our room was very outdated, not very comfortable. Bathtub jet’s didnt work. Also, bath water was brown/taupe color… Soo disgusting. Some staff at restaurant were not personable, or couldn’t multi task orders. Beach was beautiful and so was the ocean. Food & drinks at restaurants were delicious.'

'Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east.'

'Room was exactly as described. Cute..small...but who needs more than a bed and a fridge in paradise. Amenities of facility having beach chairs and snorkeling gear for patrons to use saved tons of money at beaches that charge big fees for that stuff. Highly recommend staying here for anyone traveling alone or with one friend and a small budget.'

'You can see the ocean through the trees and right in front of the tennis courts. The space was clean and was well stocked! Pool was not crowded and had lots of seating. We loved the beach stuff that was available along with a cooler. Amazing all around!!'

'John got back to me on any questions that we had. It was great to rent from him.Suggestions I would have would be to invest in a new toaster and noodles for swimming. The electric was a little sketchy. Not a problem for us but would hate to see it start a fire.'

'John was easy to work with and the location was great - close to everything. Lighting needed attention, particularly in the kitchen area. The on location host (Tanji) was very helpful . She offered to store our luggage during the day we transferred to a smaller unit for the second part of our stay after family left.
