'Cue little place to crash for one night in Chicago. Neighborhood is very nice and parking on the street was not an issue. Entry was easy, owner was communicative. The only issue I had was getting connected to the wifi, my phone was not able to connect to it for whatever reason even after I put in the provided password but it was not a big deal for me personally. 'This was our second stay at this property. We loved it and had a pleasant experience both times. The host was so kind and accommodating. They knew we traveled with children--on our first stay our children happily slept on the couches--so when we arrived the second time, there was a second bed set and ready for us. It is the kindest gesture that we've ever received at any b&b.'

'The place was great overall and we really enjoyed our stay. The location and accommodations were nice, and everything was as expected. Unfortunately, there was no AC in the bedrooms, so the rooms got pretty hot at night, which made it a little uncomfortable for sleeping. Other than that, we had a great stay!'

'We stayed for 4 nights. When we arrived, there was a water leak from a ceiling window and a gap that allowed rain and snow inside. The leak and window were fixed right away, which we appreciated, but we still experienced a very loud, constant noise from the vent above the stove that kept us up, and maintenance said nothing could be done.
