Wonderful Nederland Getaway
We had a wonderful stay at the Lakeview Lodge. The lodge is very spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your time in Nederland. The location is great and you can walk to town and the reservoir for a peaceful hike. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We will return to explore the area even more!

stay for a work retreat
This was an excellent property for a work retreat. Great kitchen amenities to prepare meals, and adequate space for small group discussions. Within a short walk of downtown Nederland, as well as the trails around Barker Reservoir. Just an overall perfect stay.

Ski trip
We had 2 families stay for a spring break ski trip. The 4 younger kids loved sleeping in the loft area, and said the fold out beds were comfortable. The house was about 10 minutes from Eldora, with easy access to groceries and everything we needed in Nederland. It does have a steep driveway. We wished it had a washer and dryer, but the laundrymat was only a couple minutes away. We did need to let the hotwater heater recharge after a few people took showers. each night. All in all, it was a good space to hang out and eat together after a day on the slopes.

Fall in the Rockies
The property was quaint, well cared for, spotlessly clean, and quite spacious. The views over the reservoir are great. It’s a short walk from the property to the town center, with great shops and restaurants. It was also easy to get to the other places we explored from the property in Nederland—Red Rocks, Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park, Boulder, and Denver. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little house right by little mountain town.
Really cute little house, walking distance to town. Quirky fun layout, felt a little like the Weasley Burrow from HP. Super clean, comfy beds. Had a great stay.

Very nice lodge close to town.
This was a very nice clean lodge very close to town. Nederland is a small town with with lots of great places to eat, hike & site see. Communication with property owner was very good and they reacted to our request in an acceptable time frame. We only had one issue with the outside deck area which is a need of repair. One of the steps gave way and broke when when we were walking to the lower patio. Thankfully no one was hurt. The owner said they would fix it and intend to replace the deck In the near future. Overall our family had a great day plenty of room plenty of amenities and would highly recommend this location.

Joe and family were excellent guests and took great care of our place. Many thanks for their graciousness concerning the step. We didn’t know it was that bad and have since replaced it. We appreciate their patience and understanding. The Lakeview Lodge is a quirky older home we have recently remodeled with a few remaining projects and always a work in progress.

Enjoyed the property & the town of Nederland
We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the town of Nederland. The property was spacious and clean. Furnishings and layout of the house were very accommodating. Loved the fireplace! The fenced-in yard was great for pets. Checking in & out, as well as communication with the owners was easy. The town of Nederland was fun (and friendly) to walk around and go to restaurants and shops. Great overall location (30 minutes from Boulder and 1 hour to Estes Park/RMNP).

Clean and convenient
The house was perfect for our needs - easy to get to, very short drive to Eldora for skiing, plenty of beds for our family. Our kids especially enjoyed sleeping up in the loft and having access to Disney+ for movies. The house was clean and communication with Jeff was quick and easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location, fun property
We had a great ski vacation at Eldora. The house is very fun, and well-stocked. Convenient access to groceries and restaurants nearby. Plenty of space and great for kids -- they loved the loft. If staying in the winter, I recommend four wheel drive -- the driveway is steep, and got slippery after we got a few inches of snow. We did laundry at the very nearby laundromat, which was pretty easy.

Mountain Retreat near Nice Town
This is a great mountain home located just on the edge of Nederland. 3 bedrooms, nice kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms and lovely view. The owners are very nice and the experience is both peaceful and fun with Eldora ski area just 15 minutes away. Second time here and we had a really nice vacation.

Unique Craftsman Perfect for R&R
We loved the Lakeview Lodge. Our stay couldn’t have been better. There is a lower tenant that shares the space and sometimes can be heard in the evenings, but it wasn’t intrusive. Everything you could possibly need is included and the check in process was a dream!

Everything was great and we had a great time! The only issue was a very vindictive neighbor who was annoyed about the parking. If you need more than 3 parking spots make sure you communicate with the property owner.

Great In Town Location
This was a well kept property close to town. It made it easy to visit shops and restaurants with our two small grandchildren. They really like the covered bridge. All the different bedroom options was good for our extended family. The kitchen was well equipped, but the layout was a challenge for more than one person to work. It would have been nice to have a washer and dryer, especially with the young kids along. However, going to the local laundromat enabled us to find the winery right next door and get to know a couple of the locals. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

Great place!
This house is awesome and just like the pictures! We cooked a lot and their kitchen had everything and anything you needed. Watching the foxes play outside was a bonus. Loved walking across the street to Nederland. Locals were all very nice as well. Great location to everything. Boulder, Denver, Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park were all close to drive to. Loved it!

Great Little Place to Stay
We had our family of 6 in this house for a week and it was wonderful! We loved the quiet little town of Nederland. We did have to stagger our showers in order for all of us to have hot water, but they notified us of this. They were very accommodating hosts and the house was very well kept. We would definitely stay here again if we wanted to come back to the area.

Fun in the mountains
This cabin had a beautiful view of the reservoir. We got snowed in one day but there was plenty of firewood, books and games. A very short walk to Nederland(basically across the street) brought us to a selection of great restaurants and boutiques. The location is close to alot of beautiful hikes. So happy I found this place! Would definitely recommend it and will probably return.

Nederland Retreat
This charming house overlooks the lake in Nederland and is very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and there are 2 dining room tables - 1 for casual and 1 for more formal dining. The bedrooms are nice with a kids loft and a big screen TV in a comfy living room to round out the experience.

Perfect!
Great location and great place to stay. We crossed the road and walked a block to downtown several times a day. The house had everything we needed (including a hairdryer and coffee maker). It was a perfect mountain house and I don't think we could have found a closer place to park for the festival. Thanks to the owners for letting us stay in such a great place. I always read the reviews and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family. We ended up with 10 people and the extra $10/person (per night for over 8 people) is a great deal. Plenty of room and cozy at the same time. Netflix, wifi, Direct TV, big fridge & freezer, oven (the take & bake pizza from the local grocery store are great). The back decks and the loft were some of our favorite spots. It really is a cute place to stay!

It was a beautiful home and a cute little town. The beds were not the most comfortable especially the futons and pull out couch. It was a nice touch with the little extras like shampoo and conditioner and condiments and spices. I would recommend this home to family and friends.

Great location, cozy home!
The lodge was a perfect spot for two couples and our dogs! We were greeted by a well-appointed kitchen and extremely clean home! The fenced-in yard was a bonus as was the ample firewood to keep the fire going on an extra frigid weekend! Would recommend.

Great little cabin
We stayed here with some of the girls from our Women's Hockey team and it was so fun to have the team together in one place. The layout was a little bit strange but there were plenty of beds and the upstairs loft was so cute and fun. Nice big kitchen, beautiful yard, great location in the mountains and on a lake. The parking and driveway were a little challenging, if it were snowy I don't think my vehicle would have made it up. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Boulder area. Thanks for the great accommodations :)
