Perfect perfect perfect!!
This place deserves 10 stars! So well equipped, location was perfect for skiing Eldora, and layout was fantastic! This was a great spot for us to be snowed in and we enjoyed all the extras (popcorn maker, folding table, extra chairs, snow shoes, sleds, everything!!!). We’ll be back
We loved the house! Loved all the bedrooms, bathrooms, radiant heat, the kitchen, pantry, movie theater and game room. We really loved this house. We had a difficult time getting in but was able to get the code changed and could get in. We had some heirloom china forgotten at the house. Tina was nice enough to take it to be packaged and mailed. It was a great experience!

House was great and had everything we needed and more. So many nice special touches like house shoes, spare coats and other winter items if you need them, candy and popcorn for the movie room. It was a very special post Christmas getaway. We loved it.

Destination wedding guest
My son got married at Brainard Lake on Sept. 30,2023 and we wanted some where close to the venue and this was a perfect location close to everything in Nederland. The house was amazing and loaded with entertainment for everyone. We truly enjoyed our visit and stay at this location. Highly recommend for those with families and little ones.

Excellent place to stay!
We chose this home for the proximity to the town. We could walk to the playground, the fishing pond, the downtown area and the reservoir. The house was well equipped with many small appliances, ie. instant pot and crock pot. Also, spices and many baking needs. You could definitely plan to make meals in this house. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. The game room was a big hit. We will stay here again!

The property was the right size for us. We enjoyed the amenities and used most of them. The property was relatively clean when we got there. Something had been leftover in the refrigerator however and that kind of smelled. The beds were comfortable. Could’ve used a few more fans as it got stuffy in the downstairs. No screens on the downstairs windows so we couldn’t just leave them wide-open with bugs coming in. Overall we would stay there again because the size was so accommodating and the property manager was so easy to communicate with and the proximity to all of the fun things that Nederland has to offer.

Family getaway
The property was great for our family of 10 for a Christmas vacation. It was well organized, the check in process was easy. Received great communication from the management company on the day of arrival, throughout the week and was very responsive to my questions prior to arrival. The house was organized with some labeling of where items were located. My grandchildren loved the space room to play in and the theatre room. The driveway was a bit steep but manageable in the snow and we got to sled down the hill. Could have used better sleds as some were worn. Wish there were more things to do in the town but it was winter and snowing and the city doesn't clear the sidewalks for walking around. We'll have to try it in the summer. Thanks for a great stay.

Worth the beautiful drive up the hill from Boulder
Our youngest and his friends wanted to see CU Boulder as HS seniors to help them decide where to go to school. Having this home gave them a downstairs space to play, sleep and chill together. We remarked that this house was easily the most well equipped with the essentials, plus space and fun for everyone. Great spot and well maintained. The manager was efficient and timely with advice and help as needed.

The perfect mountain getaway
We stayed here for a girls' gravel cycling trip and it was amazing! The location was great - very peaceful, yet close to downtown. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities at the house were fantastic - we had everything we needed and more. We cleared the game room downstairs and did yoga with a view of the mountains. We would definitely stay here again!

Labor Day Get Away
We had a wonderful time spending the weekend with family in this amazing home. The home accommodated my family of 5, my 3 brothers and my niece nicely. Everyone had their own space and we all had plenty of activities available to keep us busy. We spent most of our time hiking and fishing in the area. We will definitely keep this home on our list of staycation destinations. It was easily accessible and close to everything Nederland has to offer. Check in was a breeze and the owners made sure we had everything we needed. They even offered suggestions for the area hiking and fishing attractions before we arrived.

Great house for family getaway!
The house is exactly as advertised, with a ton of activities for kids. We stayed here with my 3 5 7 year olds, as well as my parents, for a quick family vacation, and it was ideal for our needs. Super clean, tons of things to keep the kids occupied, and walking distance to everything in the little downtown area. Highly recommend!

It's so good I almost want to leave a bad review ; )
This place was above and beyond anything we expected. The house was perfect for our group of 9. The theatre room was awesome for watching games 1 and 2 of the Stanley Cup Finals. We explored Nederland, ate at Crosscut (delicious) one night and Busey Beers another night (delicious). Wandered thru the shops and did some hiking. Hessie Trail was fantastic. We parked at the Nederland High School and took the shuttle up to the trail head. Highly recommend. The beds were very comfortable and they had everything we needed and more. If you love your pillow, bring it with you if you can. I love my pillow and would have regretted it had I not brought it with me. Our family that flew into Colorado didn't have any issues with the pillows that were at the house though. There is a very stocked pantry with a sign of take a bottle of wine, leave a bottle of wine. There were a couple of beers left in the fridge when we got there, we tried a few and left some in the fridge for the next guest. SkyRun was great with communication from the time we booked until we checked out. We checked in and out with no trouble. They texted during our stay to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend this place!

Awesome Property
This was a fantastic home base and gateway to the Rockies for my friends and I. After a long day on the trail, it was great to come home to the hospitable town of Nederland and our nook within it. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils you need to prep a large meal. That’s not to mention the espresso machine for the morning. And for a homey evening, the game room downstairs is a perfect “chill-zone.” We had a ping pong and Halo tournament going simultaneously. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would urge you to choose this property for your next jaunt into the Rockies.

Spacious home with tons of amenities
My friends and I rented this home for my bachelor party and had the best time. The games alone (ping pong, pop-a-shot, darts, XBOX) kept us busy for hours. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfy, and the whole place is so homey. Great to come back to after spending the day outdoors. Nederland is an awesome little mountain town and we all would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Property and Location
We had the best stay at this spacious, fully stocked, beautiful property. Linda was more than accommodating and very responsive to all of our needs. We visited Nederland with my parents, my brother’s family of 4 and my family of 4. There were three bedrooms for the three adult couples and a bedroom with two bunk beds for the kids ages 8-13. They loved the movie and play rooms. We all enjoyed the quaint town - lots of great places to eat. Close to Boulder and about an hour from Estes Park. Went on hikes at Mud Lake near by. Kids caught fish in the pond right near the property (house has fishing poles in garage) and the local grocery store and liquor store are at the end of the street are very convenient. Loved our stay. We hope to return to do it again soon.

My friends and I really enjoyed this property. From the scenic drive through Boulder Canyon, the relative proximity to Boulder, Denver, and even some gambling in Black Hawk, and the comfortable lodgings that allowed for a large group of us to all have comfortable places to sleep, eat, or enjoy each other's company, this place was a slam dunk. We had a fantastic time. This house is fully loaded! So many great games for the kids - everyone had a blast. The location is great - walkable to all the great restaurants and shops in Nederland and a perfect jumping off point for hiking. Nice stay in quaint town
Awesome house, great for families. We were a group of 2 families staying together. Our kids loved the game room and movie room. Easy walk to town with some cute restaurants and shops. No cable which wasn't great for grandpa but we figured out the roku for him. Only issue was the management company not responding to text inquiries. The manuals and amenities available were really detailed and contained mostly what we needed. We had a great stay despite some more rain than expected. We would definitely stay again.

Having a family of 6 we always stay at rental homes. This one was outstanding in every respect. Perfect house
We enjoyed our time with extended family at this property. The cousins all enjoyed the downstairs activities while the adults could enjoy the patio/fire pit. We had ping-pong ball tournaments when it was too rainy to go hiking. All of the amenities were perfect for a family that enjoys cooking at home. We would definitely recommend this house!

Clean and spacious
Our family loved this house-the space and the location. There is so much hiking to do locally and nearby. And the house is comfortable and a great place to relax and play games when we needed to rest.

Wonderful Nederland
What a great house. Plenty of room, great location. Walk to grocery, brewery, Barker Reservoir. Two miles from Aspen Alley hiking. Close to Boulder. Very nice kitchen. Beds comfortable.

This house was perfect!
I loved how close the house was to restaurants and the park. The house was stocked so well with games for all ages and the kitchen had everything you needed. The beds were super comfortable as well. I would rent this place again!

Great for families
Plenty of room in the house for our three families with young children. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans/utensils, food storage, cooking oil, and salt/pepper, and the bagged coffee was a nice touch. Lots of fun options in the pantry like an old-school popcorn popper, baking sheets, etc (which we didn't end up using). We brought our own Brita pitcher and bottled water; the fridge water dispenser was very slow. Extra folding chairs/table in the master closet in case you need more seating or a table. Stocked games/activities closet for any kind of boredom, and a welcome basket and treats were provided. Bathrooms each had hand soap, lotion, and body wash. We sledded down the steep street/driveway with our own sleds which was so fun for the kids. Tons of extra blankets and pillows for snuggling on the couches too. The garage had snowshoes and a couple of well-used foam sleds. We did not end up using the deck or firepit since it was so cold but would have if it were spring/summer. The carousel and little shopping area is a short walk away and the kids loved the carousel and little puppet-theater nook upstairs. We didn't explore much further than that. Overall, two nights felt like plenty of time for us unless you plan to go to RMNP or something. Communication with the property management company was spotty; I texted questions and got a response 7-8 hours later (or never). We also were given the wrong keylock code so we couldn't get into the house until they figured it out and sent us a new code (which is not fun with freezing wind and snow...). They responded quickly to us being locked out so I'm not sure if they just decide how important the questions are before responding, or if the reception delays the messages??? It would also have been helpful to have explicit check-out instructions emailed (like whether to strip the beds, put all of the used towels in one place, run the dishwasher, etc). The gusty wind also meant the street and driveway quickly got covered multiple times with about a foot of snow so we spent a lot of time shoveling and it took our SUVs 4-5 tries to actually get up the hill to park the car. Rear back to build speed and gun up the hill. It's probably fine when there isn't snow.

Snow removal should have happened for your Wintertime stay, since we do not expect shoveling to be part of any vacation!
