'We stayed at Perched in the Trees to celebrate our anniversary. It was perfect! Such a lovely retreat that feels so far away and secluded, but is close to great food and attractions. 'This cottage was peaceful and perfectly clean. More than enough room for the two of us. They even left us snacks and the item to make smores if we had a fire. '

'Our family needed a weekend getaway that wasn't too far from our home but had the amenities we wanted - like a pool and a fire pit and nice views!We arrived to a cozy and clean 3 bedroom cabin. We had a week-long heat wave and the cabin's split AC unit seemed to work well under those circumstances. We brought our 4 small dogs - but had them caged 90% of the time since we could not trust them to not jump on the couch with us. We roasted smores on the fire pit, enjoyed the lower deck bar and...

'Its was in the middle of nowhere but still only 10 minutes away from a store . The kids and grandkids loved fishing, camp fires, walking the trails and just having fun . Would stay again .'

'This is a very comfortable, quiet, and clean home, easily accessible by GPS. Great for our family of 6 with plenty of room and the home is stocked with essentials and conveniences (books, games, extra air mattress, crib, booster seat, etc.) Would definitely stay again for a get away to Berkeley Springs.'

'We had a wonderful weekend, the house was perfect for our needs. Very clean. We enjoyed the location, private but not too far from town. Tony, the host was excellent about communication and checked in to make sure our stay was going well and offered great recommendations of local spots to grab a meal. Check in and out was a breeze. 10/10 would stay here again!! '

'We stayed 2 nights here and loved every minute, wish we had stayed longer! The cabin was quiet, peaceful and secluded so it made for a romantic getaway. The hot tub was on a screened in deck overlooking the woods so we could enjoy the nature without the bugs. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about anything you could need. Plenty of games and books, a DVD player and 2 TVs. The bed was very soft and all the linens and towels smelled and felt fresh and clean. We would love to stay again...
