'The resort was beautiful, I’d say 50/50 on the staff some friendly some not so much , the food wasn’t good at all the breakfast was ok , At times I don’t think they had enough staff or overworked the ones there, 1 person at the pool bar ? '

'From check in to check out everything went smoothly. Staff at check in and the restaraunt was very friend and extremely professional. Shanoy at the restaraunt exceptionally accomodating by dropping off a breakfast menu to our room because we couldnt down liaf the app. Property is clean, well maintained and beautiful. Spectacular views from this hotel that captures an amazing sunset

'Beautiful property on the West End. We have stayed in Negril many times and this is by far one of the best resorts we have stayed. The location is perfect. The staff is incredible and Paul, the lifeguard, is a dear friend we met a few years ago. The Lodge food is amazing. And the 3 dogs there are sweethearts. Just a great laid back vibe you would expect in Negril.'
