'De service was erg goed, maar de faciliteiten van het eten en het zwembad zijn beperkt gezien de kleinschaligheid van het hotel. De ligging is prima, op loopafstand van de metro. De gastvrijheid/service is erg goed.'

'The location of the Eros Hotel was wonderfull. Unfortunately was that the only thing, it looked like that the reception was 24hr Kranky! I went a several times to the reception to complain about the tons of dust in my room. But the didn’t do a thing or apologized (which is free). During the check out, the guy didn’t asked me how my stay was which is bad. Or don’t they care? So I told the guy that I wasn’t happy!! At all and I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone, this because of the staff!...

'内装もかわいくて、オシャレな感じです 管理が雑で、掃除が行き届いてないと感じました。床や、階段、室内など、汚れているのが気になりました。お値段がお手頃なので、あまり多くは求められませんが。 朝食の場所にスタッフがいないため、何も頼めなかったり、入り口のレセプションの横のソファーでは、常にスタッフが座ってくつろいでテレビを見ていて、客の私が立って待ってる状況でした 1月で寒かったのですが、シャワーがぬるく 部屋がヒーターがなかったので、少し辛かったです 文句ばかり書いてしまいましたが、立地がよくオシャレな内装で安いので、バランスは取れているのかもしれません。 '

'Room cleanliness is '0' and the toilet is worst. Not properly maintained the utilities inside the room. The electric water kettle seems to be never ever cleaned after it is kept inside the room. The curtains are full of dust. Very much disappointing. I would never ever suggest this hotel. '
