The newly renovated cottages take you back to an earlier time and the communal sitting areas and BBQs were well thought out. Every detail of this hotel had the guest experience in mind. A must stay when in Penticton!'

'On the second floor they had multiple seating areas and grilling areas so families could sit out and have private spaces as needed; there were sitting areas with cozy fires, so it was nice to relax by the fire and watch the sun go down. The foot wash station was a big hit with the kiddo for washing all the sand off the feet before going back to the room, and we also like the convenience of having extra beach towels at the desk if needed. I also liked the convenience of self checkin and checkout....

'The place was very clean. Great having a kitchen. Left laptop when left they phoned and let me know and held on to it for me pick up. Second time have stayed there and would do it again.'

'Owner was so friendly and outgoing made our stay so much nicer. Always greeted us with a smile. Room was comfy and clean. My husband locked himself in bathroom so owner had to rescue him which makes for a good joke on him. Owner had the most friendly black lab we fell in love with him/her. Pool was super clean as well 10/10'

'We had a very nice stay, staff is nice and forthcoming. The rooms are very nice with attention for detail, beds were good. Breakfast was really good and fresh. We also had a good wine tasting the night before. Unfortunately our stay was cut short by our need to get out of the smoke due to the wildfire in Kelowna. '
