'The property and water smelled like sewage. We were told to let the water run. The smell still persisted so we were unable to shower at the property. We had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. There were dead bees and lady bugs in the carpet. The bedding was not fresh it smelled musty. The WiFi did not work and there is very little reception in that particular area so communicating with others was difficult. The lights upstairs did not work. 'Great modern property! The location is great, away from neighbors and plenty of space to move around in the yard. The house is clean, well furnished and well cared for. The beds are comfortable and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans which is very nice. The open floor plan in the main area of the home is great for large groups. The internet is spotty and it was difficult to stream anything on the tv without constant buffering. We loved this property and will be back! '

'Great price for rooms and extremely clean. Amenities were nice to be close to for a bar/food and a cute coffee shop. The property didn’t list in vrbo that it did have a mini fridge, coffee pot and toaster and the property is very well updated. Extremely convenient parking for ATVs. We will absolutely share this little resort property to everyone that will be visiting that area. We are excited to plan our next trip and rent in this listing. the host was quick to respond when I reached out to them...

'The cabin was very cute and clean, well furnished and the layout was perfect! We appreciated the toaster and coffee maker for breakfast. We spent the majority of our time on the UTV trails. The location of the cabin was great for trail access. There was plenty of parking for 2 vehicles and trailers. We would definitely recommend for small group or families.The only negative was the creaky floor in the loft.'
