'This is a great little cabin. Our stay was two families and the layout was perfect. It was warm with the only AC being in the upstairs loft area. The kids loved exploring the woods and little pond. We enjoyed night around the campfire and coffee on the deck each morning. '

'The property and water smelled like sewage. We were told to let the water run. The smell still persisted so we were unable to shower at the property. We had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. There were dead bees and lady bugs in the carpet. The bedding was not fresh it smelled musty. The WiFi did not work and there is very little reception in that particular area so communicating with others was difficult. The lights upstairs did not work. Considering all of these issues I would have...

'I stayed at Pheasant Cottage with my two dogs, and it was perfect. The view of the lake is beautiful, and the backyard is huge. The canoes are nearby, and the cottage is separated from the lodge so it feels secluded, even when the resort is fully booked. We'd love to come again! '

'Very peaceful aside from hearing a few guests from other cabins once or twice. The cabin was clean and appointed well, saw some wildlife, various birds, some ducks, a few toads and a small lizard. Owner was communicative and checked that we had everything we needed a few times. He and his daughter showed our family their snakes and even let us hold them for a little while. Overall a good experience. '

'Nice little house at a reasonable price for our family of 4. Pretty sure it’s a newer rental as still working on some closet shelving and blinds. Had everything I needed in kitchen but spices and seasonings. I suggested she add them. Overall pretty modern and the owner was very polite and responsive to my questions. '

'This is our third time staying at this property and it is a great place to make family memories! Plenty of space, inside and out! We spent our days on the dock, on the large sandy beach, and in the water, and our nights in front of the large firepit with plenty of seating for all of us.'
