'TV was small. It had only local channels on "cable". No premium channels and no smart features. Poor picture kind of fuzzy. Room literally right next to highway exit, but it was quiet inside room. Room was very clean and as pictured. Bed and pillows were very soft and a pleasant sleep experience. Grounds are kind of run down. Bathtub and little rough, showing some delamination and grout pulling away badly where tub meets the bathroom floor tile. AC worked fine. Didn't have the free breakfast...

'I’ve been in my share of Holiday Inn Express’, but this one in on the bottom of my list. Very indifferent staff (by arrival and check-out). I booked a king and got 2 queens.. further, walls are thin, you can hear conversations in the room next door. Neighbourhood is sketchy. Room was clean, i have to say. '

'Hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The room itself was dated. The mattress on the pull out couch was awful (wicked thin and the couch itself was broken so when pulled out, the mattress inclined backwards instead of flat.) Draw in the bathroom was broken, so couldn't access the hair dryer or extra toiletries housed in it.'
