'The property is well maintained and clean. It’s a walking distance to Festive Mall. Our room is clean and updated. The staff are very friendly, respectful and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel. Our 4 days 3 nights. stay was great and comfortable. Definitely deserves a 5 Star rating!!!'

'Check in was swift. Room was okay, however, I was disappointed about bathroom doors not having locks or locks in the shower as water tends to come out and soak the floor. We noticed thats the sides were leaking as well when we shower and the ceiling does too because of probably condensation from the airconditioning unit. But the staff were accommodating and the food was great so overall still a good experience.'

'We have to checkout right away the same day we checked in. AC not really functioning. Neighborhood a little scary and possible dangerous in my opinion. But Earnest is helpful and accomodate us . My friends are really not happy with the hotel.'

'I like the friendly employees but this Hotel needs very soon MAINTENANCE ! All days 1 elevator (out of total 2…) was out of order. We moved to another room because the shower was not working. In the second room the toilet was constantly running and the shower gave only lukewarm water. But the bed was great, also the breakfast and other what we used in the Restaurant '

'Overall the stay was great. My only two complaints about the location- VERY NOISY!! Not sure if this was a one time situation, when we stayed, but this time we were awoken by the loud sound of men, laughing, and speaking loudly, at about 4am in the morning…This went on for about 2 hours. Sounded like a party right outside the building, but very close to our room. Very disruptive, especially if you need rest for long trip next day. I hope this was a one-time thing- and we don’t experience that in...
