No third-party bookings. The primary renter must be present at the property for the entire stay.

► Hot Tub & Safety
Guests assume full responsibility for hot tub use and must supervise children at all times.

► Starter Supplies Provided
We provide a starter set of essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, paper towels, etc.) to begin your stay. Daily housekeeping is not included, and supplies will not be restocked.

► Grill & Propane
Guests are responsible for maintaining propane levels for the grill. Propane exchange costs will be reimbursed.

► Wildlife Awareness
Wildlife such as bears and raccoons are common in the area. Please do not leave any trash outside at any time.

► Doors & Pest Control
Please keep all doors closed at all times. While we have regular pest control service, being in a wooded setting means occasional bugs are unavoidable without keeping doors shut.

► Resort Access
We are not affiliated with Wintergreen Resort, so some resort amenities are unavailable, including the Aquatics & Fitness Center, Devil’s Knob Golf Course, and Devil’s Knob Grill. Guests have access to Stoney Creek Golf Course, the Spa at Wintergreen (spa pool with purchased services), Chestnut Springs heated pool, and Rodes Farm pool & racket court.
