'Customer service was nice. For the price, the amenities were adequate. Breakfast was bad. Seemed pretty clean AT FIRST. Until we saw a roach by the sink, an unknown bug by the bed, and the toilet stopped flushing completely. Did like that their pet policy was cheap and unrestrictive.'

'We definitely enjoyed our stay, though the room smelled stale upon our initial entry and some of the drawers hadn't been wiped down. Once we wiped them down ourselves and sprayed Lysol and air freshener and wiped off all the furniture and appliances ourselves, the overall appearance and beauty of the room stood out and made our stay entirely worthwhile. The hotel staff should have done that, not us.'

'When I booked my reservation, I knew this was an economy hotel therefore, my expectations weren't high. However, this place was substandard, even for and economy motel. To start with, the clerk at check in was bored. While she was polite, it was obvious that she would have preferred to be someplace else. When I checked into my room, I noticed there were no coat hangers on the rack. While I didn't really mind, because I didn't need them, to me it was a basic sign of neglect. The next thing...
