'The hotel is situated in the heart of Sandton. It is directly connected to the shopping mall that provides a great choice of restaurants and other shops. This was great help since we packed for a bit warmer weather.
The breakfast was excellent and the staff couldn't be better. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
The only downside was the smell from the drain system that sometimes invaded the room. not much they could do about it while we were there but I hope they work to fix it...

'2 bedroom suite. Spacious. Useful amenities washing machine and drying rack oven microwave etc. staff very accommodating and polite. Bridget and Thuso at breakfast were very hospitable and really looked after us. Easy access to shops and restaurants in walking distance. Lovely seating area by the pool where breakfast is temporarily held but I think should permanently be there. Beautiful place with great atmosphere. 'This hotel could be a pearl in Sandton, however, the photos of the property hide investment in maintenance. One of only a few hotels we’ve stayed in which has so few sockets for charging a laptop or indeed a phone.
We found blood on the tiles in one of the two bathrooms in the 2 bedroom suite. The pigeons enjoyed our jacuzzi on the enormous balcony. We certainly weren’t going to get into that tub.
A disappointing stay which didn’t meet our expectations. '
'No heating in the room - I informed the desk 3 times, and finally, upon my departure, the gentleman behind the desk asked dutifully how my stay was, and when I told them there was no heating or communication from their team regarding the issue, there was a blank stare in return.
