Grijp 8 van je beste vrienden of familie, want ons Hawk's Nest is de perfecte bestemming voor jou! Deze hut bevindt zich op een terrein van 7 hectare, samen met Cozy Cabin en Eagle's Landing. Deze vakantiewoning biedt veel ontspanning voor vrienden en familie die de prachtige Hocking Hills willen bezoeken.

Geïnteresseerd in een familie-uitje? Boek alle drie de hutverhuur voor accommodaties tot 18 personen. Elke hut heeft gemakkelijk toegang tot meer dan 100 hectare privéland dat kan worden gebruikt voor wandelen of jagen. 5-acre Lake ligt binnen een halve mijl voor een aantal geweldige vissen, kanoën of kajakken, en een aantal broodnodige R & R.
Onze hut verhuur bevinden zich op 5 mijl van Nelsonville en Wayne National Forest. Het State Park biedt meer dan duizenden hectaren om te verkennen door te wandelen, off-road voertuigrijden, mountainbiken of paardrijden. Wanneer u in de stad bent, kunt u Nelsonville's Historic Square Arts District, Stuart's Opera House, Hocking Valley Scenic Railway of het Nelsonville Music Festival bezoeken dat elk jaar wordt gehouden op Hocking College. Als gasten 9 mijl in de tegenovergestelde richting wagen, zullen ze Lake Hope State Park in Zaleski State Forest tegenkomen. Loved it!

Property was very clean, inside and out. Loved that the hot tub is under a roof to protect us from the rain. It is set back in the woods, so it's very private. Check in and out was super quick. We had absolutely no issues during our stay!

Perfect getaway in the woods

The cottage was adorable and very clean. Bedrooms were a good size and had plenty of beds to go around. Only complaint is the kitchen was REALLY small and the doors were a bit difficult to lock. Outdoor space was great, loved the the hot tub and fire pit. Would absolutely fo back!

Very quiet stay with our pets.

We had a very nice stay at hawk's nest over the weekend. The boys had the loft to themselves and my daughter had her own room which was perfect for them! They welcomed both our service animal and our family pet. It was quiet and secluded back in the driveway and there were deer and rabbits in the yard. It was a little bit crazy trying to check in. We had been driving for 5 hours in the rain and we're just ready to be stopped. And there was a large group in the deli trying to order food so we had to wait quite a while. Something that could not be helped. Obviously. The only other negative was we lost power for 2 hours but that was also no one's fault. There were a lot of storms and I believe a tree fell on the power lines. The only thing I would request is that emergency candles were placed somewhere in the cabin for things like this. Other than that it was a fantastic stay!

Family spring break

We had a great trip to Hocking Hills! The cabin was nice and had everything we needed. Loved the area around the fire pit. Only issues we had were the hot tub was cleaned the day we arrived so we were unable to use it the first night because the water temperature was too cold. We only spent 2 nights so it was unfortunate we only had the hot tub for 1 day. Also, the lights above the hot tub did not work which was a little disappointing. My kids were looking forward to being in the hot tub in the evening with the lights.

Great location but not accurately listed

The location and property is awesome. A lot of room outside with a great view. On the listing it lists washer,dryer,microwave, and 1500 sq ft cabin and none of that was true. No washer no dryer and the cabin is no where close to 1500sq ft. The usable space was clean, the beds were comfortable but there are a lot of cobwebs on the high ceiling (one of which fell on my head while i was on the couch) the kitchen is very dim in lighting so its hard to cook in there. I also wasnt a fan of the check in process having to go 15 mins out of the way to get and return the cabin key. We still had a good time and it wasn't the worst place I've stayed at but its much smaller then listed and not the ammentities they listed, and for the price i dont think we got what we were expecting. If they listed it properly and cleaned the ceilings i would have a much better review

Good location. Enjoyed the privacy. Check in was good, property maintained well. Jets dont work on hot tub. Had asked about that on reserving. The living room and kitchen size is small and doesn't match the number that can sleep there, just a heads up. Probably not a problem in warmer weather when you can stay out the whole time. But good for what I needed....a place to read and write and hike. And my dog liked it too.

Cozy cabin

Loved the Hawks Nest cabin! It was perfect for me and my husband to get away for a few days. We enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful property. I would stay here again. The cabin was clean and comfortable, located not far from Hocking Hills and towns nearby, but out enough for us to feel secluded. Loved it!

Great Friends Weekend

Little Pricey But Nice

Cabin was beautiful, everything kept in great condition and was a great stay. One of the deciding factors for us choosing this cabin over several others was the hot tub. Unfortunately the first night when we arrived the hot tub was only 95F and not heating up. So we could not enjoy it the first night. It did heat up the next day and we enjoyed it that night. But we paid a premium over others for the hot tub and only got to enjoy it 50%. The bathroom fan did not seem to work, and there were no instructions for how to turn on the carport light at the hot tub. Eventually found a breaker that controlled them but could be labeled. All in all a great property, we were hardly there with full day camping and early checkout.

A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH

Everything was great from start to finish. The location was perfect and our experience was great. We stayed for a short 2 nights, but are planning a week next year at the same place. We need to look no further for a better place when we visit the area. It was clean, the hot tub was great, the firepit area was a wonderful spot to wind down at the end of the day. The property was secluded and private, but close enough to everything to easily enjoy. Overall we give it a 10. It is pet friendly, and our dogs loved it. The staff does a great job keeping it clean and well maintained. The site listed a washer and dryer, but it was incorrect. Everything else was accurate. Sincerely, Jeff and Carla.
