In an effort to be as transparent as possible, please note that if you're looking for absolute, total privacy, The Raven may not be for you. You will have privacy, as the cabin is surrounded by woods and has a 300 foot treelined, gravel driveway, but during the winter months when there are no leaves on the trees, other houses are visible. The cabin is built on a hillside and any neighbors are down below.

Also, while the cabin is not built near the highway, you can see the highway during the winter months. During the summer and fall, the leaves block it from sight and filter most noise. It is "in town" in an established neighborhood of Nelsonville. Being in town allows for easy access to things like grocery stores and restaurants, but does not allow for the complete solitude that some guests desire.
