A beautiful hotel located about five minutes drive from the center. Pleasant pool, spacious rooms. We were in a suite with a good kitchen, a balcony and a yard. The staff is helpful and welcoming. Weak wifi in the room.

Nice rooms, but poor condition and poor management
Unfortunately we had a negative experience at Caprice Spa. The rooms are spacious and very nice, but the shared areas are out-dated and in need of renovation. The restaurant has nice breakfast but no options for lunch and dinner. Our main issue was that a male member of staff came into our room whilst my wife was sleeping. He first entered the living room, then came all the way into the bedroom and woke her up. He did not leave, but rather remained asking her questions about room service, without apologising. She was quite shocked and scared. When we complained to management, it was not taken seriously. We were given excuses about the time, the printer not working etc etc. We could not speak to the hotel manger, only the head of housekeeping, who barely apologised. Once we said we would leave a poor review they were more apologetic. Then they later came and told us that if we left a bad review the member of staff would be fired. Clearly, we did not want the housekeeper fired, we wanted a more formal apology and for improved processes and training for staff. We did not like being 'threatened' that if we write a bad review a staff member would be fired. To be clear, we do not want anyone fired. Our hope in writing this is that management will ensure better processes and training for staff, to avoid similar situations in future, and to review how complaints are considered. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam The houskeeping team rang 4-5 times your bell and there was no awnser! They open the door and say "Hello houskeeping service" again it was no awnser. We dont fired anyone from Housekeeping team because you gave us bad review.. we dont have to say anything and of cource we apologise for what happent. Anyway we thank you and we wish you all the best Regards George Assistant Manager

The hotel was great, but what really made the stay was the staff who were incredibly helpful and friendly. Not only were they very attentive during our stay, they even couriered something that we accidentally left in the room when we left. We will definitely stay there again when we next visit the area!

Un bel hôtel bien situé. Voiture indispensable.
Resort casher très communautariste, les non juifs sont bien acceptés et bien accueillis mais sachez que la couleur religieuse est très présente. Beaux locaux bien situés.

disappointing finally we didn't stay . we left from the first night the room was smelling bad, we asked them to change us room but they didn't. Very expensive price but nothing special at all.

Πολύ καλή εμπειρία για ένα διήμερο ξεκούρασης και
Αρκετά καλό. Τα δωματια πολύ καθαρά καινουργια και με αρκετή ησυχία. Το μέρος βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσια όπου μπορείς να κάνεις τα πάντα. Άνετη πρόσβαση με το αυτοκίνητο και μπορείς πολύ εύκολα σε 5 λεπτά να βρεθείς μέσα στον ακαμα η να είσαι στο λιμάνι.

Ένα χαλαρωτικό διήμερο στο Caprice spa and resort
Καινούριες εγκαταστάσεις, όμως λίγο ανοργάνωτοι. Μικρά θεματακια με την καθαριότητα που όμως λύθηκαν με την άμεση παρέμβαση της υπεύθυνης, κυρίας Ελένης. Υπέροχο πρόγευμα, ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο.

Modern complex with all the facilities you need. 20 mins walk into latchi and about 15 to the beach. Nice and helpful staff.
