We had no hot water or electricity for most of the appliances including the hob, microwave, oven or dishwasher in the downstairs kitchen for the entire stay. We contacted the customer support at Solmar villas who took the details of the issues. Our main issue was no hot water for showering and we had to boil the kettle for washing dishes. We also had an issue with the front door and were locked in the apartment. The issue with the door was resolved quickly. However the electrical and water issues were not resloved until 12 hours before our departure. The Villa itself is well appointed, modern and very clean
