The space
This stylish pool facing apartment has a well equipped modular kitchen, a spacious dining area, a tastefully designed living room that spells elegance.The living area opens up to a large balcony facing the Nerul River and the large swimming pool of the complex beneath.
The 2 bedrooms come with study table, wardrobe, ensuite bathrooms and comfy bedding ,well equipped with queen size beds, closets and air-conditioners
The living area is a well spread space with a four-seater sofa also convertible to a bed for two. It has a 42" Smart TV connected to internet for those who wish to pass their time or spend time watching entertainment shows or sport events.
The kitchen is equipped with modular fittings and has all the amenities from microwave oven,refrigerator ,cutlery ,crockery ,toaster ,water purifier ,utensils and all that maybe required to prepare anything from a cup of tea to a large spread of meal.The kitchen opens up to a service/drying area fit with a large sink, an automatic washing machine and a cloth drying rack.

The apartment complex has a large well-maintained swimming pool whose access is shared by residents & guests of the complex.

The complex has a gymnasium for those who wish to continue their fitness regime whilst on holiday. It also has a table-tennis setup and carrom board for recreation.
Other things to note
***** Housekeeping & Cleaning *****
Once-a-day housekeeping services are offered to the guests on a daily basis during their stay. One among the windows 11 AM - 12 PM or 2 PM - 3 PM shall be chosen by the guests to get their housekeeping done. We would also insist that the guests stay in the apartment during the housekeeping job

Daily housekeeping includes cleaning the rooms & washrooms along with doing up the bedding. Those who wish to get their utensils washed shall need to pay extra to the staff depending upon the job.

Towels are replaced with fresh sets every 2 days. Bed linen are changed once in three days.

We also provide chef-on-call services. In the event of requirement, we would be sharing the contact details of the concerned team with whom you may share your requirements and schedule the services.
