Dit comfortabele huis in het dorp Neskowin is een prachtige ruimte voor uw volgende vakantie aan de noordkust van Oregon! Dit huis ligt niet alleen op een korte wandeling van het prachtige strand van Neskowin, maar het heeft ook geweldige uitgaansgelegenheden met Ping-Pong en pooltafels. Geniet van een eigen balkon, pluche stoelen en alles wat u nodig heeft om uw volgende kustvlucht een onvergetelijke ervaring te maken!

Wat is in de buurt:
In het dorp Neskowin vindt u een paar eetgelegenheden, de Neskowin Beach Golf Course (minder dan anderhalve kilometer ten noorden) en een handelswinkel waar u alle benodigdheden kunt pakken die u nodig heeft. Een toegangspunt voor het strand is verderop in de straat, waardoor u Proposal Rock kunt fotograferen en met gemak over het rustige strand kunt wandelen. Net ten zuiden van het huis is een populaire site waar u de resten van een oud Sitka-sparrenbos kunt zien als het vloed is.

This house hasn’t been updated since the 70s. There are holes in the walls, old stained carpets, outlets don’t work, toilet ran, shower head leaked. None of this was mentioned in the description. I felt a little bit misled. Great location.

Love, Love, Love this home!!! Spacious, cozy, tons of fun activities available in the house, comfortable, so clean, well-stocked, steps from the beach, safe neighborhood, easy access to Lincoln City, Amazing beach (Neskowin Beach), great communication with Vacasa, reliable. This was our 4th year in a row staying at this home & every year is FANTASTIC!!! Thank you!!!!

This was the second time renting this house. The location is fantastic. Easy beach access. However, there were definitely signs of wear tear throughout the house: upstairs bathtub would not drain and bath faucet detached at one point, a number of electrical outlets did not work, and multiple holes near doors where knobs apparently struck the wall. Overall, nothing was a deal breaker and we would stay here again. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay in Neskowin. Nice little town. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The house was comfortable for all. It was nice to have rooms both upstairs and downstairs. We also enjoyed all of the games, movies and ping pong table. We did have a little problem but one call to the property manager and everything was fixed quickly. I definitely recommend this place!!

the carpets were stained and smelled of pet urine. every dinner plate in the cupboard except 2 were filthy and we had to wash before we could use them. the bedroom next to the bathroom smelled of pet urine. Table surfaces were sticky.

The house is fine. It’s comfortable & clean. The only problem we had was that animals got into the garbage outside on the first night and spread it all over the driveway, & it didn’t get cleaned up until sometime the following day, even though I had called about it on the morning of the day we found it. Maybe the prior tenants had not adequately closed the garbage cans. Otherwise it was fine.

It was our first trip with whole pandemic happening. The management was sending us reassuring text messages that the property is clean and their team "dedicated extra time to clean"... to find a vomit on the walls, disgusting covered in oil remote control & utmost unbelievably sheets with blood stains... whole unit smells just so horrible. Oh they also say that the towels are guaranteed to be washed in a hot water, really? They are asking each guest to wash them... so there is no control over it. Never again booking with Vacasa property management & disputing with VRBO this filthy listing.

We had a great time in Neskowin, we enjoyed being able walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes and the house was perfect and had everything we needed for our family of 4 and our two friends.

We were disappointed in the quality and cleanliness. At first the codes to the gate and the door were incorrect so taking time to call and wait on hold to get them was the first bad. The pots and pans and whole kitchen cupboards were filthy. Even the 2 tee towels for the kitchen had many stains on one and holes in the other. The bedspreads seemed dirty. The windows so dirty and the walls were filthy. The deck had no chairs to sit out in or bbq. I am not a complaining person but feel like this place needs a lot of simple upgrades and cleaning to be charging so much

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Neskowin. The home could definitely use some updating and a little TLC, but overall it was great for a getaway. We brought everything we needed and were able to be out and still properly socially distant from others. The beach there is awesome, especially at low tide. We saw deer and bunnies in our yard. The house had a nice deck but no deck chairs.

The house is in a great location with very close by beach access. The house is really spacious and has a lot of room considering the affordable price. There is a slight musty smell in the house. Also, communicating with the property manager was terrible. The gate code that they gave us did not work, and we tried to call them but they put us on hold forever and we could never get through. A nice man who took pity on us let us use his gate code while we were there.

Pros: Great access to a fairly secluded beach, beautiful quiet setting, very clean, lots of space, fun pool/ping pong table room Cons: A bit run down. A fairly musty smell throughout. Needs a little TLC Overall a great week for a large family

We loved this house. While it does not have an ocean view, it is steps from an access path to the beach. Also, it is in a gated community so it was really quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed and the home was clean. Pool table kept the kids entertained. Great weekend away!!
