  • This Newly constructed family beach house In Neskowin has plenty of parking and is a short walk to the beach. Pets are allowed with a deposit. This beautiful 4 bed room 4 bath house over looks one of the best beaches in Oregon! You might say Neskowin South Beach is the crown jewel of the Oregon coast.
    There are two fire places to spend a lovely evening in an elegant living room or studio bedroom. We also have a fire pit, basketball court and plenty of parking! The gated community is both safe and peaceful and sometimes you can be visited by the deer in the area. The house also has 5 covered decks that allow protection from the elements in any season!

The house was large and spacious for our extended family vacation. The kitchen was stocked well and we were able to cook large family meals and still have dishes remaining. The walk to the beach is close (though wouldn’t recommend for those with mobility issues— there’s a gravel hill). The beds were comfortable and rooms quiet. We loved it and hope to be back in the future!

The host was accommodating and very kind. We were looking for a quiet family getaway near the beach and this was the perfect fit for us!! The kitchen is well equipped and the house is beautiful with lots of natural light!! We will be back again for sure!!!

We had a really good vacation here. Very spacious and we loved the kitchen, having two sinks was really helpful making a Thanksgiving meal. It’s a really short walk to the beach.

The house was wonderful! Well equiped in the kitchen and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. We rented the house for my husbands 80th birthday, and there was a Happy Birthday sign on the counter when we walked in as well as a bowl of muffins. Such a nice touch.There were 6 of us that stayed for the weekend and 26 that came for the party on Saturday. Plenty of room for everyone. An easy walk to the beach. Couldn't have been better.

This home was truly amazing and absolutely perfect for what I needed! I am part of a non profit, that serves medically fragile children and their families. We needed an accessible home, that would also have space far enough away from the main living area, so that our night nurse could sleep uninterrupted. Having, 3 gorgeous primary suites was amazing! I’ve stayed in lots of VRBOs and this was probably the best stocked kitchen. We saw deer, bunnies and amazing sunsets. The close beach access was also awesome! Our families loved being able to make s’mores right out back. Communication with Norman was stellar!

Most welcoming host; wonderful, private accommodations for a group of 3 couples. Main floor has perfect arrangements for anyone with ambulatory challenges. Beautiful house, with all the important conveniences, great kitchen and living room area, large kitchen table for meals, table games, and puzzling. House is just a few minutes' walk to one of the most beautiful Oregon beaches.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Scott beach house in Neskowin, Oregon! The house was immaculate, the beds so comfortable, and the time with our family was simply a wonderful! We took an invigorating walk on the beach and enjoyed a couple of meals out in Lincoln City. We would highly recommend this home to anyone who needs a place of rest and refreshment. Thank you for such a delightful visit.

Stay was perfect end of summer weekend. High lites for us were large kitchen with two sinks and top rated appliances that my daughters, sister and I could all work in comfortably at the same time. Large dining table and living area where it was possible for us all to gather. Short walk to beautiful expansive beach. Would love to stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Norm, a beautiful cozy house. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby beach, and the house itself was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Gorgeous, Spacious & Sparking Clean

Our family loved staying at this very comfortable and spacious home. We appreciated how clean and beautiful it was, and only a few minutes walk to the beach! We were so grateful to be able to bring our doggie along too. Just an amazing retreat!! Appreciate the responsiveness of the property manager as well!

This house was perfect for our family gathering celebrating my mother's 80th birthday! The rooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was just the right size to prepare meals for a big family. We appreciated the quick walk to the beach and enjoyed the fire pit out back in the evenings. We even saw bunnies and deer while we were there. The host made sure I knew that if I needed anything during our stay, to not hesitate contacting him. Everyone loved the house and enjoyed their stay!

Spacious and comfortable stay for our family

We needed an accessible home for my mom who is in a wheelchair and space to accommodate two families with kids and this house was perfect. Very spacious, clean, had everything we needed and was a very short walk to the beach. We would certainly come back here again. Norm, was a great communicator but we didn’t need anything during our stay, except for better weather, but it’s the Oregon Coast after all.

We rented this house to celebrate my mother in laws birthday. The biggest challenge we had was in finding a wheelchair accessible home. This one was PERFECT! we even got to bring the fur baby! The host made it so easy to check in and out. The pictures don’t do the house justice. The space was beyond what we thought it would be. We were a group of 7 and the house accommodated all of us and then some. The house is very well supplied. Down to the complimentary toiletries. The cleanliness was also excellent. Communication was stellar! We will definitely be coming back! Easy 6 min drive to the beach too!

Fall Family Weekend

Norm was an amazing host, kind, personable and responsive. We loved the home and the neighborhood with perfect beach access. Neskowin is a perfect spot for true recharge and relax. We would rent again from Norman! Thank you for a great weekend!
