This one bedroom apartments (52 M²) in size, consists of one bedroom with one double bed or two single beds, Air Conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, Living room with dining table and 4 chairs, Sofa-bed, flat TV, Bathroom with a toilet, Balcony.
Located in a quiet neighbourhood of Sunny Beach only 650 meters from the sandy beach, easily accessible on foot, and 2 walking minutes from the Bus station Hotel "DREAMS".

WIFI is available in public areas and is free of charge.

All children under 3 years are charged Euro 5.00 per person per night for children's cots/bed/cribs.

Our guests have free access to public parking in front of the building and swimming pool.

For everyone’s safety, enjoyment, and in accordance with local regulations, please take a moment to review the pool rules:
Running, jumping, and diving in or around the pool are strictly prohibited! No Inflatable Mattresses allowed in or around Pool! No glass ware (bottles, cups...) is allowed near the pool area! The house Café-bar offers drinks in Plastic or Can, you can enjoy around the pool! Consumption of food in Pool and Pool area is not allowed!
At our "Aperitif Bar" in the apartment complex, with a large terrace in the shade, you can enjoy a variety of hot and cold drinks, cocktails, sandwiches, ice cream, and more.

Arrival/Departure:
Standard Check-in is 15:00.
Early Check-in (subject to availability) of 10:00 AM + 50% of the current night rate
Standard Check-out is before 11:00.
Late Check-out (subject to availability) of 14:00 PM + 50% of the current night rate.

To guarantee early check-in, we recommend booking the space for the night prior to your arrival.
If you arrive before check-in time or have a later flight after check-out, you may store your luggage at the lobby bar during its working hours.

We will be happy to arrange a taxi from the airport to my place to ensure a quick and smooth journey.
Please, be informed that 150 meters of the street leading to our complex is not asphalted!
The nearest airport in Burgas - 30 km. or about 35 minute taxi ride.
