This charming one-bedroom apartment offers a partial Sea View of the beach and is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Sunny Beach The beach is just 650 meters away, easily accessible on foot. and 2 walking minutes from the Bus station Hotel "DREAMS".

All one bedroom apartments (52 M²) in size, consists of one bedroom with one double bed or two single beds, Air Conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, Living room with dining table and 4 chairs, Sofa-bed, flat TV, Bathroom with a toilet, Balcony.

WIFI is available in public areas and is free of charge.

All children under 3 years are charged Euro 4.00 per person per night for children's cots/bed/cribs.

Before you book one of our apartments, please ACCEPT the Pool rules: Running, jumping, and diving in or around the pool are strictly prohibited! No Inflatable Mattresses allowed in or around Pool! No glass ware (bottles, cups...) is allowed near the pool area! The house Café-bar offers drinks in Plastic or Can, you can enjoy around the pool! Consumption of food in Pool and Pool area is not allowed!

Early Check-in (subject to availability) of 09:00 AM + 50 BGN

Standard Check-out is before 11h30.
Late Check-out (subject to availability) of 14:00 PM + 50 BGN

To guarantee early check-in, I recommend booking the space for the night prior to your arrival.

Please, be informed that 100 meters of the street leading to our complex is rather in poor condition!
