  • De Bora Bora Condo werd volledig gerenoveerd na de orkaan Irma. Alles is nieuw. Het ligt aan het strand, tussen palmbomen, uitzicht op zee, op 30 meter van de Caribische zee bij de Nettlé Bay Beach Club. Alle eenheden zijn uitgerust met airconditioning en plafondventilatoren. Het appartement is voorzien van een elektrisch zonnescherm en elektrische rolluiken. In de buurt van het apparaat vindt u enkele restaurants. Een pizzeria, een Franse traiteur (waar u kunt eten of wat maaltijden kunt bestellen) en een andere supermarkt bevinden zich op een paar honderd meter van de ingang. Nog een supermarkt (groter) op 1,5 mijl (beter met een auto, geen trottoir).
    U kunt uw auto gratis in de woning parkeren - belangrijk voor autoverhuur. Het zwembad is momenteel niet vastgesteld en zal eind augustus worden vastgesteld
    Bij aankomst van onze gasten, genieten we ervan om het eiland, onze gebruiken uit te leggen en onze gasten te helpen bij reserveringen.
    Wij bezitten of beheren een aantal andere eenheden aan de Franse kant, en aan de Nederlandse kant.

The location and property were amazing. The place was very clean and had everything we needed including snorkeling equipment. Rachel was an excellent host and provided us with a booklet with all the best beaches and places to eat.

This property was everything you dream about in a vacation. Rachel was great. Every time I had a question she was there to help me out. The host thought of everything, like places to go and where to eat. I would definitely go back to Bora Bora.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay. Very Clean and modern appliances . Rachel was very helpful. Pool close by and great for swimming.

Summer SXM 2024

We enjoyed everything about our stay at BoraBora. For us it was the perfect location away from the more crowded areas. We loved coming back in the evenings from a full day and relaxing on the quiet patio. It was stocked with everything you could ever need! We look forward to returning!

Paradise

We’ve been trying to get back to St. Martin for 10 years and finally made it. The Bora Bora was everything advertised and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back! Rachel was wonderful to assist with anything.

Wonderful Place

This was our second stay and even better than the first. Bora Bora is spotless and very luxuriously equipped. Rachel is a friendly and attentive host and readily accessible. The location is great with Marigot, shopping and beaches all nearby. We'll be back!

Little piece of paradise

Modern, well furnished beach side cottage. Modern appliances and well stocked kitchen. Patio looks out on the beach and ocean. Restaurants and local market within walking distance. Great owners!

Nettlé Baie

Everything was perfect. Rachel met us upon arrival and went over everything. The location was great and it was easy to get wherever we wanted to go. I highly suggest eating at the lolos in Marigot which is just a few minutes drive from the property. I would recommend staying here to anyone who is thinking about it.

The property was beautiful with plenty of outdoor seating. The interior was immaculate. The bed was super comfortable and it was very quiet. Rachel the property manager was wonderful and very knowledgeable. My husband and I will gladly rebook on our next trip to the island!

An exceptional time

We enjoyed 2 weeks at Bora Bora. Rachel was a wonderful host and helped us several times when needed. The condo was spotless and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and on the BBQ. The outdoor space was right on the beach and by the pool. Lots of places nearby to visit on the island. We will return. Thank you Rachel.

Everything was better than expected. The townhouse is even nicer and clean in person. Restaurants and grocery all walking distance from the main unit. No need to even leave the property as you have everything you need there. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful Property

Trip was for a birthday and my partner loved it. The property is beautiful, clean and had everything!!! The hosts were amazing and was available the moment we had, even the smallest inquiry. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed it. The only thing that would make this place the best ever, would be better beach, but nothing they control. Expect to travel to go to a beach you will feel more comfortable swimming in. There are several beaches close by and many shops, should you need anything. It was an easy find from the airport and only a 20 min drive. We will for sure stay here again and I surely suggest you book, you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful Experience

Rachel and Fabrice were so accommodating. He met us at check in and explained everything about the apartment. The apartment is exactly as pictured and has everything and anything you would need. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and it was peaceful. The location was great for us because we tried out a different beach everyday. The beach at the complex is beautiful but not as swimmable as others. The pool was large and very clean. Thank you Rachel and Fabrice for a fantastic experience.

The Perfect Condo and Best Host!

The Condo's location is perfect, and there are restaurants, bakeries, a small supermarket, and even a gas station very close. This is a gated community with a lot of security, although not needed based on our wonderful experience. Pictures or videos don't do justice to such a beautiful and modern Condo with stunning views. It's newly renovated, very spacious and comfortable, great kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. Great pools and an outdoor deck area with an awning. The place is spotless and the internet connection is great. Rachel is the best host anyone could ask for, and we felt she treated us like family. We visited many places during our stay in the island, and will not consider staying anywhere else on our next trip. We cannot wait to return and look forward to our stay again on this Perfect Condo!!

Very nice rental. Cozy layout and kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. Rachel was helpful and very easy to deal with. Great to see more businesses and hotels opening in the neighbourhood.

If I could give this condo higher than a 5-star rating, I would! This place is amazing. The location is wonderful and the condo is beautiful. It is stocked with everything you need and things you didn't even know you needed, but did! Rachel is an incredible manager. She was always available and checked in regularly to see how we were doing. We really appreciated this! Merci, Rachel! We can't wait to go back soon!

Wonderful week!

Nous avions une super semaine chez Rachel! We had a wonderful time. The condo was just as pictured. All newly renovated. Amazing location and very quiet. We enjoyed the pools and beach access on the property. Rachel was very responsive. Condo was a perfect size for a family of three. Sofa bed worked well for our 6 year old. Nous esperons a retourner un jour tot!
