The Space:

Upon arrival, guests enter through an elegant courtyard framed by tropical gardens, revealing a shimmering infinity pool and a sun-drenched terrace that seems to float above the sea. The open-plan design blurs the line between indoors and out, with airy living spaces flowing toward the horizon. Every glance meets the turquoise expanse of ocean, every breeze carries the soothing rhythm of the waves below.



Descending from the terrace, a path leads to the villa's gazebo, perfectly positioned for sunset cocktails or quiet reflection. As you continue to walk down, there are stepping stones that reveal a little hidden seating area which offers an intimate vantage point to watch the surf crash against the cliffs, a powerful and meditative experience that defines the villa's connection to the sea.



Inside, Esprit de la Mer blends modern comfort with Caribbean elegance. The gourmet kitchen features rich wood cabinetry, sleek black granite, dual refrigerators, an icemachine, and an island ideal for private chef service. Each of the five bedrooms is a private sanctuary with king-size beds, walk-in closets, and elegant en suite bathrooms featuring double vanities and rain showers. Three bedrooms, including the grand primary suite, are attached to the main structure of the home and are based on a higher level; two additional suites sit below the pool, offering direct access to the gardens and a private terrace. Every room opens to the outdoors, allowing the sea's gentle rhythm to lull guests into a state of pure relaxation.

Guest Access:

* Concierge Access: Before and throughout your stay, a dedicated concierge will be available to assist with all arrangements and requests. We coordinate a wide range of services including in-villa chef services, delivery services (groceries, champagne & wine deliveries), in-villa massages, in-villa car rental deliveries, restaurant reservations, boat charters, tours and activities and more!

* Housekeeping Services: Monday through Saturday (except for holidays).

* Complimentary Welcome Basket: A curated welcome basket will be awaiting you upon arrival.

* Complimentary Arrival Transfer: One complimentary transfer from the airport to the villa is included for up to 10 guests. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our airport host just outside the arrivals hall.

* Complimentary Departure Transfer: One complimentary transfer from the villa to the airport is included for up to 10 guests.

For everyday essentials, you’ll enjoy convenient access to small local markets, with larger grocery stores just a short drive away.



Beach lovers are perfectly situated, with some of the island’s finest beaches close by. Baie Longue, Baie Rouge and Plum Bay are all within a short walk or drive from the villa. Getting Around:

To make your stay effortless, our concierge service is available to arrange a hassle-free car rental for you. Vehicles are delivered directly to the villa, and all paperwork is completed upon your arrival. We recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay, and our team is happy to assist with all arrangements.



Other Things to Note:

* Heated Pool: Available from December 16 to April 15 at a fee of $50 per person per week. Heated pools are designed to provide a comfortable swimming temperature. As the pools are outdoors, the actual water temperature may vary depending on environmental conditions such as wind, rainfall, and outdoor temperature, which can affect how warm the pool feels and the temperature it is able to maintain. Please note that heated swimming pools are intended to enhance comfort and are not comparable to hot tubs or spa pools.

* Security Deposit: $4,000.00 - Funds must be sent to St Martin Sotheby's Realty - Refund will be processed within a week after departure.



Interaction with Guests:

Upon arrival at Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM), you will be warmly greeted by our airport greeter, who will guide you to your complimentary arrival transfer (for up to 10 guests). Your driver, fully familiar with the island, will ensure a smooth and direct journey to the villa. At the villa, you will be welcomed by your personal Guest Experience Specialist, who will give you a full tour of the property and serve as your dedicated point of contact throughout your stay.



Before your arrival, all details will be coordinated with you to ensure a seamless, stress-free, and relaxing Caribbean welcome—so you can start enjoying your vacation from the moment you land.
