'We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -...

'Although the room had been "cleaned" it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. It was a no smoking room. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom was falling off, so you couldn't close the door. The faucet in the sink in the room was dripping, the only chair was dirty, and the upholstery was so worn there were holes in it. We did not stay. We forfeited our payment and left.'

The grounds are well-maintained and the cabin was clean and easy to locate.

'Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar.
Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

'Breakfast is done at 9am which is too early for an airport hotel. Most people miss it because we fly in at midnight or later. There should be more accommodation for people leaving around 6am in the morning and those sleeping in after a late flight. Shutting it down at 9am after charging a premium for including breakfast just feels like a rip off.'

'The parking lot was full when we arrived. It was late at night, and they offered an overflow lot a couple of blocks from the hotel, which was also closed. Thankfully, it was closed, because if you have ever been to downtown Spokane at night, you would know that the streets are full of crackheads doing crackhead stuff! We parked in front of the hotel and paid for meter parking instead. The room we stayed in required us to haul our stuff up a short set of steps, even though there was an elevator...

'We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn Spokane! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. 'When we arrived we were not greeted with friendlyness, the room was not properly cleaned for example the bathroom floor was not cleaned properly we found stains aroud the toilet perhaps it was not mopped correctly. We would think twice before reserving a room at this hotel.
We have stayed at other Days Inn and the room have been great.'
