Rosemarie's family is lovely, we spent a very nice week with them, which I hope will be repeated. They are polite, tidy and clean people. The family models that everyone would like to have as a guest. We talked about the house and the environment, trying to give advice on what to see. We also walked through the woods and talked about many interesting things. When they like to go back to Corte Boselli they will be welcome.

It was a pleasure to host Viorica and Rolf, a very good Dutch couple. They were nice and they left the house neat and clean. We made a beautiful trekking along Lake Calamone and Mount Ventasso together. We also visited a cheese farm, parmesan cheese. When they want to go back to our home, they will always be welcome. We hosted Jason's beautiful family, husband, wife and three children, trying to give as much information and advice as possible. Accompanied visit to the dairies where Parmesan cheese is produced, willingness to host their guests in the holiday home in extra beds, daily advice on the various parks, restaurants, swimming pools, etc. - As regards "Ancient detached house" mentioned in the platform, it should be noted that it is an independent house in the sense that only the booking guest is hosted in that house, there are no other guests. Obviously the house is bordered by other independent houses but the walls are so thick (about 1 meter because of the 700's house) that no noise can be heard. -The second bathroom is located in the courtyard and is very convenient when you arrive in the evening or when you are in the garden and you don't need to go indoors. It is rarely used only on the day of charitable events (1 day per month). -In the house there is air conditioning in all the rooms and on hot summer days, as unfortunately has been happening lately, it brings a little coolness even if in the evening and at night the temperature on the hills of the Apennines the temperature drops . However, we are thinking of installing mosquito nets on the windows to prevent the entry of unwanted insects.

It was a pleasure to host 3 motorcyclists who came from northern Germany. We have tried to provide everything they need both inside the house and in the outdoor garden for a pleasant and trouble-free holiday. It was a pleasure to host Romain's French family. They spent the week in complete rest, with respect for the home and the surrounding environment. The children behaved well. The pool is about 10 minutes drive from the house. If the pool had been in the courtyard of the house with the children making noise, it would have been impossible to relax. This is why Corte Boselli is called an oasis of peace.

Kirby and Laura were very kind guests. They kept the house clean and tidy. They were unlucky with the weather conditions. It rained a lot, wind and cold with temperatures below much of the average. This created problems because it was necessary to do everything at home and it was not possible to enjoy the view and eat in the courtyard. They also had a phone that didn't work well in normal communication and didn't take 4G. I then provided a WIFI connection and it was better after all.

Very polite family full of sporting and cultural initiatives. The house has been cleaned in an exemplary way. With them we shared many ideas and passed some beautiful days. We will miss them, but I hope they will return as they have promised us.

Abbiamo fatto insieme diverse e piacevoli passeggiate vicino ai laghi e sulle montagne del bellissimo Parco Tosco-Emiliano. Simon is a very good person, during his stay at Corte Boselli, he had an exemplary behavior. He worked with a team of Norwegian TV professionally and competently without creating any problems. Our door is always open for his vacations or works in Italy. For us it has been the best host experience.
