We went from Gerome to this hotel and was different. Quiet area but that's what you need sometimes. Staff were kind and helpful. They also helped us with the hot air balloons which was fab. Plenty of food options in the area and breakfast was great too. Only 10 mins from Gerome too.

Très satisfaisant
Notre séjour en famille s’est très bien passé, la chambre était comme sur les photos, très grande chambre parfait pour 5 personnes, l’accueil très bien, les lits sont confortables et le petit déjeuner très bon. Vue de la terrasse magnifique, on peut voir Goreme d’en haut et les montgolfières. Le personnel est très gentil.

This was a beautiful property .We stayed in the family suite and it was HUGE with plenty of room for us. The bathrooms were beautifully appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning on the terrace was also great! very filling and beautiful to overlook Goreme. Definitely do NOT miss seeing the balloons take off from the terrace - probably my favorite part of this stay! the hotel staff helped us book a last minute balloon ride, helping us to also arrange babysitting for my son (and provide me with assurance on that one!). they even parked their motorcycle in our parking spot when we left so that it would be saved for us when we were back! what a thoughtful gesture! the only negative I would say is that the wi-fi was largely not functional. it required you to keep logging in every 2 mins and so was frustrating (for most people, this won't matter but I happened to have 1 work item I needed to take care of). Also, the shower in the 1st bathroom did not have a shower curtain, so was a bit of a mess to take a shower. Luckily, we had another bathroom with excellent water pressure so it was all good.

Beautiful terrace, and lovely breakfast served at table with nice views. This hotel like many is a "cave hotel". Mosque was nearby. Reception helped with air balloon ride booking. Understandably rooms can have some inconveniences. However our two connecting rooms air conditioning was terrible. Request for service did not resolve the problem. Also bathroom door was uneven and would not lock. The other bathroom door's lock was missing.

Harika bir otel. 2 gece konakladık. İlk gecemiz çok rahattı. Sabahında duş sırasında banyomuzda sorun oldu. Hemen odamızı değiştirdiler. İkinci odamız daha güzeldi. Teras manzarası ile tüm göreme ve avanos ayaklarınız altında. Bizim seyahatimiz esnasında pandemi sebebiyle tek tük balon görsek de pandemi sonrası eminim çok güzel manzaralara şahit olabilirsiniz. Kahvaltı ise harika idi. Odalar temiz ve düzenli idi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

The view from the hotel restaurant was amazing especially in the morning with the hot air balloons rising in goreme. Breakfast was very nice with a variety of spreads with an amazing view of the valleys. Quiet place which is probably walkable around 10-15 minutes to the town centre of Uchisar (but we didn't try walking there). Fairly close around 10-15 minutes drive to Goreme town centre by taxi it's around 20 - 25 Lira. Sadly the hotel was not what I imagined but for the price, I was very happy with my stay for the 5 nights I was there. The toilet was not the best maintained toilet (mainly the bathtub area) but it's still very clean. Very happy and satisfied with my stay!

Otele gittiğimiz de rezervasyonumuzu göremediler bulamadılar ve uzun süre beklettiler. Balayı suiti için rezervasyon yapmıştık bizim odamız başkasına verilmiş bize başka oda verildi Akşam kahve içerken geldiler ve yarın odayı değiştireceklerini söyleyip durumu anlattılar taşınmak zorunda kaldık. yatak aşırı aşırı aşırı rahatsızdı tüm eşyalar eskimişti ve tavandan toprak taş dökülüyordu yatak taş parçaları tavandan dökülen topraklarla dolu uyanıyorduk yer aynı şekilde. Bizim balayı tatilimiz berbat geçti !

Not that clean, I tried to downgrade but they refu
It is nice, I took Honey moon room the cave was not that clean, with idels I was afraied to sleep in it, and slept up. I tried to downgrade but they refuse. My recommendation to taje the lowest price than easly to updare rather than downgrade. Even the jacose was broken and does not look good.

Otel konumu ve manzarası gerçekten güzel. Fakat mağara odalar havalandırma sisteminin yetersiz olmasından dolayı çok havasız nem ve pis bir kokuya sahip. Kaldığımız oda resepsiyonun hemen yanı idi ve resmen yola açılan bir kapısı vardı. Yani yoldan geçen herkesin konuşmasını duyabilirsiniz. Ayrıca temizlik açısından da çok temiz olduğunu söyleyemeyeceğim. Duş adaptörünün bozuk olduğu gibi bir de tuvalet kağıtlarını bile yenilememişlerdi. Nevresimde muhtemelen önceki müşterilerden kalan saçlar vardı. Gideceğim otellerde öncelikle temizliğe bakan biri olarak fotoğrafların çok gerçeği yansıttığını söyleyemeyeceğim. Kısacası manzarası güzel(iki masa var terasta tabi bu harika manzarayı izleyebilmeniz için yer kapmanız ve saatlerce kalkmamanız lazım) fakat temizlik ve konfor açısından başarılı değil.

Clean and cozy cave room. Most staff I met during stay was friendly. But one of them was not kind enough. Location was good, 5-7 mins by taxi from Goreme

This is a very well located, reasonable and convenient hotel. We booked as BB and used its restaurant for dinner for once. Food (both breakfast and dinner) was really really great. You get a 10% discount from their restaurant if you stay in the hotel. Cave rooms are vell decorated and spacious. The whole baloon show is taking place right in front of the hotel. It has a great panaroma.

Cave odada kaldık oda çok tozluydu çok ağır bir rutubet kokusu vardı odamızı değiştirmek istedik ancak diğer tüm odalar dolu olduğundan değişiklik yapılamadı. Odadaki rutubetten uyuyamadık diyebiliriz. Temizlik çok kötüydü. Duşa kabinin camları kireç içindeydi.Ayrıca banyonun tavanı simsiyahtı. Odanın internetten gördüğümüz aydınlık ferah fotoğraflarla alakası yoktu oldukça karanlıktı. Kahvaltıları ve servisi zayıftı. Otelin konumu ve terastan izlenebilen manzarası güzeldi ancak genel itibariyle çok büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadık.

При регистрации мы спросили, можно ли нам приготовить завтрак раньше 8 утра, так как в 7:15 нам надо было выезжать в аэропорт, молодой человек сказал без проблем, просто подойдите на ресепшн. В итоге с утра мы подошли и он сказал это невозможно, завтрак у нас с 8:00. Поехали в аэропорт голодными, в самом аэропорту не оказалось ещё ни одного кафе. Не понимаю зачем было говорить что все без проблем, мы бы хотя бы на утро в магазине что-то купили.
