poor service. nosey workers followed us to the room listening in on our conversation. hearing all kinds of noises at night. the toilet overflowed and the shower water wouldn't go down. and the guy was sooo rude maid service really didn't clean the room well. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever. this place doesn't look like anything in the pictures. rooms all ran down the pool wasn't clean. I paid almost a $1000.00 US dollars for this place. It was more like a motel, or lodge place that had some shady characters lurking around. there was yelling, loud talking, kids playing. NEVER AGAIN

I spent close to $1000.00 US dollars to stay here and it was horrible. The staff don't want to work. the noises throughout the night. maid service half do their job. they don't fix anything and are very rude ...pool was nasty..then try to charge you for extras like soap, washing clothes, and towels that should have already been provided for what I am paying. I always felt like I was being watched. False advertising the place doesn't look like anything in the photos, very disappointing. DO NOT STAY HERE. ITS A RIP OFF

My entire family of a lot people had reservations and they confirmed our reservations the week before and then all of sudden they lied and said there was a glitch in the system and they didn’t see our reservations. They couldn’t accommodate us.

The bed was comfortable, and staff needs a little bit more training in hotel etiquette. Room was overall clean. However there was no refrigerator, and the chiller doesn’t give the required temperature necessary and the water in shower doesn’t clear out completely, without having to use a swabber.

The property is good, but it needs a bit of maintenance. The sheets were dirty. Not enough bath towels for 3 guests.

Well glad you ask, staff was very friendly, however they credit card machine was not taking my card, they wanted me to pay cash,I offered to pay in US currency they stated that they prefer Guyana currency I had to wait for the following day to get the funds. The following morning ,we went for our breakfast when we get there,there was no breakfast we mentioned such to the staff their response was "breakfast is from 7am-9:30am.we got to the dining room at 8am .

Comfortable place to stay while in Berbice
Room was very clean and tidy. Unfortunately the front-desk staff were not aware of the online reservation system and didn't know that I had already paid for my stay through the hotels.com app. Luckily I was still able to get a room.

Leisure Inn is a comfortable standard hotel with air conditioning and hot water. They offer a free standard breakfast. They did not have regular room service or a bar open, which was a bit of a bummer. They are pricey for this area of Guyana, but if you are looking for comfort, you will find it here. The front desk staff for accomodating.

The cleanliness of hotel was Pleasing, staff very welcoming. However, the food was terrible! Breakfast served was cold as if it just came out of the fridge!

It is a very nice hotel. I spent three nights there and was very disappointed with my stay. My first day of arrival the staff at the front desk was very nice friendly & polite we were treated with respect, specially the tall pretty young lady.i fotgot her name at the front desk. My first morning i went upstairs to have breakfast, my friend wanted to have a bowl of corn flakes,which needed milk i asked for some milk it was given to us after taking one spoon full had to spit it out because the milk was sour. That was horrible nasty disgusting, that is not acceptable. I asked for a second serving of Bake i was told me i could not have it & that i will have to pay for it.yesterday morning i went to have my last breakfast i was told that they do no have milk or OJ. Thank God i was leaving today.i also saw a roach crawling on my night stand next to the bed. ....

It is a nice property but the services is very poor. I had asked for towels and was told I have to wait 10 minutes that they are drying. Hours past and never received any. The hot water wasn't working and no one came to fixed the problem. Also the water in the tub was clogged and no one came to fixed. There was no housekeeping for my room on day two. Very disappointing. We won't be staying here again. For the cost of room each night, we've deserved better services.

The physical plant was ok . .however attention to detail was lacking . No one mentioned that i had to put a card on the door to get the room cleaned . Therefore this was not done. The fridge smelled awful. The safe did not work and the batteries were leaking toxic looking fliud. There is a club downstairs and the music might as well had been in room i heard and felt the music most of the night . Ther only took visa cards had 2 master cards only so had to pay with cash.

There were sink and shower drainage problems. House cleaning service was poor. Main lobby doors closed at midnight with no key swipe entry and front desk was unmanned. Slow response for clean bath towels and toilet paper. No coffee bags wit coffee maker. Awesome food and food services. Poolside bar service and entertainment was also outstanding. No Supervisor/Manager on site to speak with. Will not stay there again nor recommend to family and friends.
