'The hotel used to be smoked in so our non smoking rooms on still smelled like cigarettes. There was piles of laundry in the hallways and a guest spilled food all over the hallway that was still there the next morning when we left. There were kids running up and down the hallways at 11:30 PM. The front desk staff did take the noise level seriously. The kids liked the pool.'

'I book a king bed room but did not get that room (2 queens instead). Not a big deal but not what I expected. There was a plumbing problem that evidently affected several rooms including mine. I did not have water in the bathroom when I turned on the faucets in the morning. After a few minutes, the water began to flow but was a dark rusty color that did not clear after several minutes of running the shower and sink faucets. As a result, I was unable to shower or brush my teeth.'

'Lobby had a funky smell and room smelled of mildew. No toilet paper holder. Breakfast was poor with overripe bananas and overcooked eggs.'

'The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of outlets for phones etc.'
