'The phones at the Hotel did not work the day we arrived or the day we left. To get from the airport to the Hotel I had to call an Uber to take us to the Hotel as I could not contact the Hotel by Phone . It was cold and windy we waited outside for their shuttle to come by but gave up on it. The morning we left there was no one at the front desk until the shuttle driver came back from delivery and he took us to the airport.'

'The first room I was given, you didn't need a key just walk in. when I explained to the front desk. "We never had an issue with it." second room I had to spend 5 minutes to get in every time. key would only work the lock sometimes. you couldn't hear the tv when the A/c came on. The shower head came to my chin. I am 5'10. so you had to bend over to rinse off. the restaurant was closed. and broken bottles in the parking lot. I would not recomend. But , It is only 5 mins to the airport. '

'I was very disappointed in this hotel, although the breakfast was good The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. I would suggest that you check your mattress in your sheets as you’re not sure what you are lying'

'The room was clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only complaints I have is the a/c wasn’t very cool in our room, we didn’t have any hand soap, just lotion (I packed some though), and the beds were not very comfortable. The pillows were shapeless and way too soft, and the bed was maybe a little too firm. Just not comfy for us. '

'The room was nice but the windows are so thin you can hear everything outside, do not stay in room 939, we barely slept during our 3 night stay. There was also 1 elevator working so getting downstairs from the 9th floor took a ridiculously long time. We would not stay again. '

'They told me they were out of cream for coffee. Also rooftop bar, you stand in single line to order drinks. No wait staff. They were out of tonic water. They charged $200 for our service dog. The hotel is too expensive for what you get. Rooms are very small.'
