The Space:

Inside, the upstairs guestroom offers an armchair and ottoman for relaxing with a book or taking a break between outings, along with a smart TV with cable for downtime. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee bar, while the dining table for four provides space for meals, snacks, or a game night. The combination of a larger studio layout and convenient kitchenette makes Rosemary a comfortable base for exploring New Braunfels and the surrounding Hill Country.



This studio comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 queen size beds.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a dual vanity, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE

• Communal laundry is available for your stay, located in the closet of Building 3’s breezeway.

• Parking for up to 2 vehicles in the gravel parking lot across from the building.

• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.

• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

• This home is the upstairs guestroom of the 3rd building on the left as you enter the property.

• Please also note that this unit is part of a larger rental property that includes several smaller units and combination units, so guests may see other guests coming and going and enjoying the shared common areas such as the parking areas, pool, playground, and grounds.

• This property is equipped with external security cameras located on the outside of various buildings, actively monitoring shared common areas including the parking area, pool, and playscape.
