'The good - beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Also nice to have a kitchenette and large fridge. Free snacks and drinks were a plus. Price of the room was very reasonable as well.
The bad - The walls are paper thin and after midnight, I could hear every word from next door, every bang, every noise. While it doesn’t really bother me earlier in the day, makes sleep impossible when it is happening after midnight. Also could hear everything from outside the hotel like car noise, fire...

'We had an overall decent stay at this rental. Communication with the host was good throughout, and the check-in and check-out process was very easy and convenient. On our first night, the hot tub was not up to temperature, but the host handled it well and provided monetary compensation, which we appreciated. By the second night, the hot tub was fully up to temp and ready to enjoy. One thing worth noting is there was a slightly off-putting smell in the property that did not go away, even with the...

'This was an incredible rental! Minneapolis vibes, walkable and great access to the river walking/running/bike path. The host was amazing, the sauna was so, so good. Very comfortable to hang out and play cards and do puzzles at the window and watch the bikes cruise by. Cozy backyard. 10/10 would recommend.'

'Everything was as represented and also true to all of the excellent reviews. The bed was exceptionally comfortable! The coffee service was well stocked. The kitchen had new appliances. The location was very convenient to the University of Minnesota, shopping, restaurants, activities, everything I wanted to do. The neighborhood was older homes but appeared safe and was quiet except for an occasional loud vehicle passing. Parking was adequate. Beth communicated well with me and investigated a...
