Gelegen in een rustige buurt en prive op een twee plus hectare punt met uitzicht op Kentucky Lake is onze aangepaste drie niveaus log thuis. Deze ruime 3400 m² woning heeft met de hand uitgehouwen balken overal en een prachtig uitzicht vanuit alle grote en bovenste woonruimtes. De slaapkamer heeft grote ramen die uitkijken over het meer. Stel je voor dat je wakker wordt en vanuit je bed naar het ochtendzicht kijkt.

De woning is gelegen aan Kentucky Lake, 108 mijl van Nashville, TN en 20 mijl van winkels en tal van restaurants in het nabijgelegen Murray, KY. Binnen enkele minuten van de jachthaven van Cypress Springs Resort, die een boothelling, nachtelijke slipverhuur per dag biedt, boot / jets ski-verhuur en een prachtig restaurant.

Deze rustieke hut is prachtig ingericht en biedt antieke en rustieke meubels. Alle slaapkamers zijn voorzien van luxe matrassen en beddengoed, inclusief 300+ thread count lakens, donzen dekbedden en kussens. Terwijl u ontspant op een van de twee overdekte portieken, kunt u grillen, dineren, zonnebaden, genieten van muziek, sterrenkijken en gewoon ontspannen !. Er is een grote vuurplaats met zes ceder Adirondack-stoelen voor uw comfort en ontspanning. De achterste overdekte veranda met uitzicht op het meer heeft drie plafondventilatoren om de lucht in beweging te houden op die warme zomerdagen. Bovendien is er een beschutte veranda met buiten dineren met uitzicht op het meer.

Toegang tot het meer is een korte, licht hellende wandeling naar het overdekte privédok op het terrein. Het dok heeft het hele jaar door water voor uw varen, zwemmen en vissen genieten. Het meer biedt uitstekende vissen, zwemmen en waterskiën. Verschillende toernooien werden gewonnen uit bas gevangen vanaf ons punt, waaronder een acht pond bas die mijn vader had gevangen en gemonteerd. Bekijk de zonsondergang wegsmelten in het meer op het dok ontspannen in de vijf Adirondack-stoelen op het dok .. Neem uw wandelschoenen mee en geniet van tientallen paden en plezier in de buurt van de hut. Wij bieden onze gasten gratis toegang tot een paddleboard, viskajak, jeugdkajak en een kano. Er is ook voldoende parkeergelegenheid om uw eigen boot mee te nemen.

Na een volledige dag op het meer, ga je naar beneden naar de game / filmkamer. Een pooltafel, tafelvoetbaltafel, dartbord, tafeltennis, bar en sjoelbak houden u bezig terwijl u een pauze neemt van alle externe activiteiten. De 65-inch HD-flatscreen LCD-tv is ideaal voor films of games kijken. Ook bieden de twee grote lederen banken extra ruimte om te ontspannen na een dag op het meer. Deze kamer heeft overal teruggewonnen schuurhout en balken.

Beautiful and peaceful

We loved our time at the KY Lake House. The home is clean, well stocked with everything you need, and the setting is beautiful and peaceful. The host communicates all the requirements well and replies quickly to any questions. We enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked it again for another stay.

Friends Get A Way

This was the best VRBO property we’ve ever stayed at. The house is well maintained, stocked and very clean. The beds are super comfy. The property is gorgeous with stunning lake views. The local residents/ neighbors were very friendly and stopped in to welcome us at the dock. WiFi is great! Basement is awesome, we had a fun night of games and watching a movie. We would definitely book again. The photos on the listing do not do this property justice; even more beautiful than the photos.

Pure Heaven 3

This is our 3rd time staying at this lovely home. There are 3 couples that come and share this time together. We fish, play games, cook, kayak, and just have a great time together. This house fits our needs to a tee. The fishing is always great and the kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes. We appreciate the owners sharing this paradise with us!!! A Preview of Paradise

We enjoyed sitting on the back porch, watching the birds, especially the blue heron, feeling that cool breeze coming off that gorgeous lake. The barges we saw were bonus points. We had such wonderful family fellowship on that porch and screened in dining room. Two nights we used the grill for supper. We did not want to leave this place. We did eat supper one night at the nearby Cypress Springs Resort and the food and service were excellent. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. It was the perfect place for a run or walk. The entire house was perfectly thought out for our comfort and enjoyment. The beds were luxurious. The master bath was the nicest I’ve ever seen. The host was responsive. All six of us would highly recommend this property. We were sad to leave.

Perfect lakefront getaway with room for everyone!

This log cabin on Kentucky Lake was the perfect spot for our getaway! It had plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the amenities were top-notch—everything we needed was right there. The private dock was a huge bonus, making it easy to spend time on the water, whether we were fishing or just enjoying the view. The game room was a hit with the kids (and the adults too!). If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home, this is the place to be.

2024: Returning for the 7th year with our same close group of friends to stay at this well-appointed KY Lake home on beautiful property and peaceful location should say it all! A mid-week reservation during mid-Aug is particularly nice with most schools back in session. KY Lake is still warm and pontoon boat rental at nearby Cypress Springs Resort is still possible prior to Labor Day. Our only disappointment was unexpected dock repairs that were being done during our stay due to needed maintenance and storm damage earlier in the year. The owner Marc, made us fully aware of this work (already delayed for 2 months) the week prior to our arrival. We were able to make the best of this unexpected inconvenience, while fully realizing these repairs/improvements are one of the reasons we always enjoy returning to this beautiful and well maintained property. God willing we all hope to return next year!

Family vacation

This home has so much to offer and far exceeded our expectations! The owners were helpful with any questions we had. Our family of 6 adults and 4 children ages 13, 11, 8, & 7 had a blast! We have rented MANY places over the years and this home was the most well stocked we’ve ever encountered. The kitchen had high end appliances, cook wear and dishes…nothing was lacking. The kids played in the wonderful basement game room every evening, but they were worn out from all the fun in the water, we all took turns on the paddle board, kayaks, and canoe, all new to us. There are 16 life jackets from infant to large adult and 16 beach towels provided. We rented a pontoon from a nearby marina and went tubing for the day…a highlight for the kids. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing and views of the lake and the sunsets are incredible! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Absolutely Amazing

Truly, I don't think there is any way I can come up with the words to adequately describe how lovely this home and the surrounding property are. We spent four days and five nights here playing in the basement, swimming from the dock, fishing from the dock, boating (got a rental nearby), cooking in the beautiful kitchen, enjoying the back porch, sitting around the fire pit, and spending time together. It is clear that this property and home are well loved. Little details like a well-maintained humming bird feeder off the back porch made for lots of wonderful surprises. Of all the places I have ever stayed, I can say this is the one I will definitely return to.

Relaxing Lake Life

We're a group of 3 older couples, no children and stayed at this cabin 2 years ago. We have fallen in love with the neighborhood, quiet neighbors, house and dock. If you like the fish, the fishing is awesome just from the dock. We didn't even rent a boat this year. We stayed 4 nights and didn't even leave once. The gameroom downstairs looks really cool, but we didn't get a chance to use it since the weather was so gorgeous, we spent all our time outside! A really awesome place with indoor and outdoor activities. We had a great time playing ping pong, pool, shuffle board and then hanging out around the dock and fireplace. Great place to stay!
