'It's the little things that put this over the top. Jim left us lots of water, Hershey's kisses, and blueberry muffins. He's very hospitable and gave us a full tour of the property when we arrived. We stayed for a long weekend. We took advantage of the fire pit one night. It was nice commutable distance to LBI, about 45 minutes at peak traffic (and he had beach badges for us to use). Also very close to Brendan Byrne State Forest, where we did some hiking. The Murphy bed was nice and had a good...

'The property was perfect for us. It has plenty of room and great furnishings. Had some trouble with the door upon arrival but were able to sort it out. Host was great. Friendly. Gave us eggs from his chickens. Our dog was with us and it was a good space for her as well. The pool was great!!Would definitely recommend and return. '

'This clean and comfortable Bayville home is the ideal ‘home away from home’. The layout of the house makes it feel quite roomy and the neighborhood is less than a 30 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Patricia is a lovely and communicative host who prides herself on making your stay as perfect as she can.'

'Beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood, but still close to stores and shops. Would stay again.'

'The house needs a lot of work. Smells really musty, parts of backyard fence were down so couldn’t let dog out alone. There was no grill (listed in amenities) in backyard but there was an old toilet on its side and a can of spray foam with the foam leaking out. Lots of patches and thing’s attached using duck tape.'

'I travel to Trenton for work and this will be my go-to place. This was my second time staying with this host and everything was excellent again. The apartment is clean, well stocked, and perfectly located. Deena is a great communicator and always answers my questions quickly. Highly recommend.'
