'The property was well kept and that was impressive; however, the outlet in Room 204 near the closet did not work. The waste basket was left full for the two days we were in the room. The maid service came to our room and said she did not speak English but would return with her cell phone to translate. The maid service did not return with her cell phone to translate. He also would not accept a picture of my license. 'The mattress was old or cheap because it felt indented when I woke up the next morning and caused my back to hurt. The AC unit in the room also kept making a loud noise every few minutes- like clockwork, so I kept having to turn it off after a few minutes. Especially at night so I could sleep. I didn't use any of the amenities as I had business in the area and just needed a place to sleep for two nights. 'Our stay was wonderful. My husband is wheelchair bound and requires assistance. The help that I received from the staff was amazing! They couldn’t do enough to make things very pleasant for both of us. The gentleman that was hosting the breakfast went above and beyond our expectations. Every single staff member was polite, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this Hilton Garden Hotel.'

'Hotel was clean and AC worked great! Felt safe. No microwave or safe in the room. Bar was missing their bartender so types of drinks were limited to what the fill in could provide(beer, wine, & minimal mixed drinks). I was looking forward to a drink on their menu. Back patio with fire pit was nice except the strong trash bin odor. They should really move the trash bin because we had to get up and leave. It stunk that bad!'
