'Beautiful family run hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for the price.'

'Our room did not lock. There were long hairs in the shower. There were sticky leftovers from previous guests on the flat surfaces. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was nice. Spoke to the person at the desk about the issues and got NO RESOLUTION.'

'So that we are clear, i will stay here again. Took 29 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk. No garbage can in the room and a cple of things missed in the bathroom from maid service. Not your typical hotel. But as stated i would stay there again.'

'The hotel is recently renovated and is a 4 star hotel. We used as a home base for our visits to the TD Roosevelt Library and golfing at Bully Pulpit activities in Medora. Also, we drive an EV and the Tesla charger and coffee place are right across the street. Ultimately, a great option.'

'The hotel is very nice, clean and modern. There are not many options for dinner, so we wanted to eat at the restaurant in the hotel, but that was so crowded with outside guests that we couldn’t even order takeout (45 min wait). Very disappointing and costs some review score.'

'The bed was comfortable, shower was nice, bathroom was large with lots of storage and breakfast was substantial. The negatives were: the on-site restaurant was closed during our 2 night stay (part of the reason we booked this place was the convenience of an on-site restaurant), they did not have the foldable suitcase holders in the rooms, the luggage carts were useless, wedge-shaped and tiny (our luggage and cooler kept slipping off of it), the staff was unfriendly, there were clumps of black...

'The staff were friendly and very helpful when we needed more lighting in our room due to it being very dim. As far as the condition of the hotel it was very dated and needed a lot of attention. The carpet in the room had a long unraveled section and there was rust on the shower head. The spaciousness of the hotel was done for conferences about 30 years ago, but is definitely showing its age and needs refurbishing.'

'Our host was friendly and the room was clean. Our main complaint was that the AC stopped working and the room was very hot. We didn't want to disturb anyone during the late hours, but we did tell our host in the morning when we checked out so they could get it repaired.'

'When you get there, you have to ring a bell, and the person comes to greet you. She was very kind and friendly however, the room had about 10 flies for some reason and a bunch of dead flies on the floor overall pretty filthy a bunch of hair on the floor Everywhere that had never been swept up from the last person was unable to take a shower because only water came from the tub faucet and not the showerhead above. Definitely asked to see the room before you accept it. It was OK for a one night...

'Our room stunk like pet odor or the room had been flooded at one time. It was so bad, we went and purchased room freshener spray to combat the smell. My husband had to fix the toilet to flush properly. Only received room cleaning service once during our 5 day stay and I had to request the service twice. This was not what I expected for a $792.76 stay, especially when one night was $199.20. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again.'
