'When i check in was inform by staff, wifi not working and they dont have an Eta when it will be fix. Staff said that we a huge smile on their face. No empathy, no compensation! Property very worn out! Bed side light not working! Food from previous visotor left in the cupboard! No body gives a damn about the cobdition of the property! I wont be staying there again!'

'Lovely historic building. Large room. Good parking. Aircon, tv and wifi all worked well. Staff were lovely and there were a few freebies. Well priced and good quality mini bar. The paragon hotel is just across the street and they serve good meals.'
