Guest access
Our guests have full access to the entire house. This includes the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the backyard. You'll also have access to the laundry area.

Other things to note
This home is the main house on the property. Next to it is a blue barn that has a section which has been turned into a separate small guest house, also listed on Airbnb. You will share the driveway and entrance with the residents or guests staying at the blue barn.

Both this house and the neighboring blue barn guest house are private rentals, and we kindly ask all guests to respect each other’s space. The same house rules apply to everyone - please avoid excessive noise, do not disturb your neighbors, and maintain a courteous environment for all.

We’ve designed the property to ensure privacy for both units, but occasional interactions in shared outdoor areas or driveways may happen. If you have any concerns during your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Pet Policy: We love pets, but this home is not typically pet-friendly due to additional cleaning needs. However, we will consider allowing one well-behaved pet on a case-by-case basis with prior approval and a $179 non-refundable pet fee.

- Bonfire: While we do not provide firewood, there are convenient options nearby. Lowe's and Walmart, located just 10 minutes south, offer 0.65-cu ft bundles of firewood for under $10 per stack. These stores are easily accessible and can quickly meet your bonfire needs.
