'Property interiors are updated very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool is outside and the season was not appropriate for it to be open. We will definitely stay here again.'

'The attendant refused to check us in. My ID was stolen and the system failed and refused to change the name so I could get checked in. I will be seeking a refund. I had to book another facility. After pulling off and paying for another room I was notified they checked us in as arrived after refusing service. '

'Everything at Holiday Inn Express was top notch. When we checked in the young lady at the front desk was very good. She was nice, on task, and on top of everything. When we finished checking in I ask her if there was a good place to eat and she recommended a place near by. It was one the best meals I have ever had. The room was clean and very quiet. The breakfast was great. There was plenty to eat and several ladies there to help. We will be staying at this Holiday Inn Express the next...

'Yes very effective '

'Got there to check in and there’s a number on the door to call because the door is locked. Nobody answered the phone called it about 20 times and also called the phone at the desk multiple times there is no answer. We knocked on the door. We drove around the property and ended up having to go check into another hotel nearby now I have to fight to get my money back.'

'Dit heeft niets met Hard Rock te maken, behalve dan dat er een gitaar voor de deur staat. Vooral casino, geen hardrock food en 1 fastfoodafhaal open van 6 restaurants. Ongeïnteresseerd personeel, zeker in de rockshop. Niet meer voor ons.'
