The peaceful neighborhood is great for anybody searching for a safe, home-like setting to work from, unwind and watch TV, or spend time in the lovely backyard. We accept both short and long term stays, and we allow pets!

LIRR station is a 5 min walk with trains running 30 mins to NYC (Penn Station)

The space
The home features a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms, offering a comfortable and functional layout for your stay.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Master Bedroom (1st Floor): King bed
• Second Bedroom: Queen bed
• Third Bedroom (2nd Floor): Full-size bed

All necessary bedding and linens are provided to ensure a comfortable and restful stay.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the driveway, fully fenced backyard, and side yard—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoor space.

The fully fenced backyard is great for relaxing and ideal for guests traveling with pets.

Please note: The garage is not accessible to guests.

We strive to ensure all amenities are fully functional for your stay. However, occasional maintenance issues may arise with items such as the laundry, air conditioning, coffee machine, BBQ grill, or fireplace. If anything is not working properly, please let us know and we will address it as quickly as possible.

Cleaning
Prior to your arrival, our cleaning team thoroughly prepares the home, providing fresh linens, comforters, and towels.

As the property is surrounded by nature, you may occasionally notice insects if doors or windows are left open. We kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed when possible.
