I cannot say enough great things about this host and cabin. The communication was friendly, descriptive and answered any question in a very timely manner. The cabin is comfortable, quiet and had everything and more that we needed. I loved the handmade slippers, the chocolates by the bed and the sparkling water and bag of ice. This host is incredibly hospitable and it’s so nice to see someone that takes pride in their business and works hard to achieve it. I highly recommend!

Loved our stay

Quiet and secluded, surrounded by the smell of pine. A lovely and calm place that was perfect for some RR, while also close to outdoor activities (mtn biking and paddle boarding for us).

Perfect location for anyone looking to unplug and get away from it all. Very well maintained house in a beautiful, remote setting. Probably one of the better stocked houses we have stayed in. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms had everything we needed. Very peaceful stay!

This was the perfect house at the perfect time! Talk about peaceful and serene it is nestled down a gravel road with no neighbors in sight. Google Maps took me right to the front door and our host Sandy was amazing. She dropped off a baby gate and had crocheted booties for all 5 of us.Sandy answered all my questions and the house is about 20 minutes from McCall. We went cycling around Payette lake, hiking around Ponderosa State Park and saw a ton of wildlife.The house stayed way cooler than the summer heat and we slept greatI would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a quiet get away.

This cabin is a true gem! Beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Peaceful and secluded—a perfect cabin in the woods. Customer service was excellent and responsive. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Great location if you are wanting a place away from the crowds. Owner was great to communicate with and responsive. House. Was clean and well stocked. Sandy had the wood stove up and running so we entered a nice, cozy home. Hope to stay there again in the future!!! Highly recommend this home!

If you are looking for immaculate, cozy, charming, classy, welcoming tranquility, this is the place for you. The Host is just tops. The cabin and surroundings can't be beat. Ten out of ten!

Baby shower

I was able to host my baby shower here ! It was so beautiful and communication with sandy was great ! The property can be hard to find at night and the address doesn’t always take guests to the right area. However overall it is a very beautiful property and so comfortable and clean to stay in! We had an amazing time and I’m so lucky we found this beautiful area to host it.

What we liked about the cabin: we loved everything about the cabin! It was not only clean but beautiful with a cozy, peaceful, vibe. I can’t recall from the description, but it looked to be newly renovated, had the most glorious high ceilings, gorgeous kitchen, and well appointed furnishings. All guests highly approved of the cabin’s cleanliness, coziness (but still modern), space to sleep and play, as well as the terrific porch and scenery. We all enjoyed the location, which was not too close to town but not too far. I especially enjoyed the opportunity to view wildlife of all kinds from the home. Hiking trails are also not too far if hiking is on the agenda. The location was very peaceful and we enjoyed mornings and evenings on the cabin’s porch. I can’t say there is anything negative to report about the peaceful, clean, modern, and cozy cabin. By the end of the weekend, we all agreed this is the perfect place to meet for girl’s weekends and agreed we’d bring our individual families for some much needed R & R in the forest. What a dreamy property!

Sandy was an excellent host. This place was perfect for our party of 5. Sandy started the fireplace prior to our arrival. Let us know that tea, coffe, and cocoa will be provided. She had sleds for us and enjoyed the sledding hill just out the front door. She provided mints for the nightstands and to boot she gave us hand made booties to keep our feet warm while inside. Overall place was perfect, clean, and well kept rental. We will stay again if we are back to the New Meadows area.
