'The property was very clean, staff was very helpful at check in which i appreciated after a hard day of travel. the only issue that we had was that online it showed to be a smoke free hotel, and once we arrived at the room it was in fact a smoking room. it did not smell of smoke but there were ash trays on the bedside tables and a few small burn marks on the side of the jetted bathtub. over all it was a pleasant experience the presence of smoking in the room just caught us a bit off guard. i...

'Brand new building. The operator tries do do a good job. Unfortunately they were some holes in the blanket (due to smoking).'

'Had an excellent stay this past Saturday with my partner (12/13/2025). I’ve stayed at this Crystal Inn a few times now, and every time has been fantastic. The front staff is always very helpful and offers free waters, the rooms themselves are clean and sleek, and the restroom itself is very nice. Having had good experiences time and time again, I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Houston, especially on the Northwest side of town. '
