I enjoyed the location, very easy access to airport and highways. Staff were kind and helpful. The place overall looks nice. That was my second stay there and I keep coming back for the cookies.. lol. A few things I don’t like which are my preferences.. There were stains on the bottom bed frame, garbages had no garbage bags, bathrooms are small and could use some updating. I was able to see dirt in the corners of the bathroom. The lightning is not good for anyone wanting to do make. This stay, my daughter bought yogurt from the lobby, the yogurt cups were warm and texture was off. It could be due to people going in and out of fridge but either way we didn’t eat it. The elevator is fast which is a plus but at times it didn’t smell pleasing but overall a good place to stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean but needed a few cosmetic upgrades such as covering chipped paint and worn holes in the carpet. Very clean place with an excellent restaurant downstairs.

Room wasn’t ready when we got there after 5pm, due to washer/dryer breaking. Not their fault. We got to the room the floor was sticky, there was still garbage from previous people who were in the room, and the bathroom wasn’t completely clean. We were only at the hotel for one night, so we tried to overloook all the things, but a sticky for couldn’t be ignored.

Front desk staff was nice each time.The guy in housekeeping either wouldn't or couldn't assist when I saw him in the hall and asked about towels. There were 3 housekeeping carts in the hall and he had towels in his hand. He asked if I could please ask the front desk because he had 8 rooms to take care of and 8 was alot. I chose this hotel due to soundproofing but when the room next door was occupied, I could hear everything thus impacting my stay.

The girl who checked me in was unpleasant. She acted like I was bothering her and she wanted me to just go away. Also, if you park a car on property, they should tell you at checkin that you have to keep your door key to get out of the parking lot.
