Perfect getaway
We enjoyed our stay in NOLA. The studio was perfect! Just close enough to walk to every thing but yet far enough away to escape the craziness!

Great stay and a great location
Our stay was great! The location can't be beat. It's super quiet at night, but only a short walk to the craziness of Bourbon Street or live music on Frenchmen Street. Kimberly was incredibly responsive and made sure our time in the Big Easy was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous but….
Lived this place!! Super easy access and great communication. The only problems we had was getting hot water with the shower and the A/C couldn’t keep up with the miserable August weather. We will use again for sure!

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect location close enough to everything but quiet when you needed it to be. Location location location (and parking)!
We tend to spend most of our time in New Orleans on Frenchmen St or the lower Quarter so this location on Esplanade was perfect for us. Cozy apartment, comfy bed, and since we drive over the on-street parking is also a nice bonus.

Unique and beautiful place with hardwood floors, high ceilings, and big windows. Perfect for two people. Cozy, quiet, and quaint. Big, comfortable bed with extra pillows. Immaculate, with all the necessities, plus extras. Great location, easy walking to all kinds of activities and restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay, and hope to come back again.

Excellent location and accommodation
This apartment in an old apt building has a mini kitchen and a king size bed. Fantastic location at the quiet end of Bourbon Street and right around the corner from Frenchmens Street where all the great jazz is. Our property manager was very responsive during our stay, plus there's a building manager on site. Our check in and check out were seamless and contactless. Highly recommend this spot for 2 travelers.

The property was very nice. It was well decorated and cozy. The location was perfect. It was close enough to get to the active party part of town, but far enough away to not hear the loud music. I would definitely recommend this site to everyone. There were some nice eating establishments within a couple of blocks.

Excellent Stay!
Had a wonderful experience at this property. The owner was highly communicative and accommodating. The location was perfect. Walking distance to many great locations in the Quarter, yet both quiet and very safe. The room was great. Loved the little kitchen, the high ceilings, and the exposed brick. It had the NOLA charm I was in search of! Would definitely stay again.

This place is very cute but small. The bathroom is very, Very small. Plus the door knob kept falling off every time you shut the bathroom door. It is a little dark, overhead lights would help tremendously. I’m short, so getting in and out of the bed was difficult for me. It is in a great walkable location not only to the French quarter but to also Frenchman street. A great restaurant just across the street. Also like to add if any form of disability, there are 25 steps to the studio plus the steps to get into the building. Loved the kitchen, and the kureig coffee maker.

Walk everywhere
Great location. You can leave your car in the free parking in the street (with permit inside the room) and walk all over French quarter. Nice place. Clean. Small bathroom, like really small. If you are a tall or large person I would pick another place because you will not fit in the bathroom. The code we were given to the door didn’t work upon arrival, so had to call owners — which was not fun for us after a long day of travel. After that was settled everything was fine.

French Quarter Favorite
We enjoyed our stay at this French Quarter Favorite. It was in a great location. Easy access to Frenchman Street, Bourbon St, and Jackson Square. The property manager was so helpful and very informative about the stay!

The apartment is small, but well appointed. Communication with the owners was excellent. Location was amazing. Walking distance to the clubs on Bourbon and the local favorites on Frenchmen. Far enough away to be quiet at night. Can’t wait to return!

Charming French Quarter Condo
Charming and cozy condo in a great location. We drove to this property but ended up being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go which allowed us to take in all that the French Quarter has to offer. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location with lots of great restaurants and attractions in walking distance. Kimberly’s pre trip emails were very helpful and friendly. Thanks! The room was dark, because the lights above the bed had no bulbs and perhaps didn’t work. I called Kimberly when we checked in and did not hear back from her. Besides the issue around the quirky way to get hot water that was explained clearly by Kimberly which did the trick, when you pull the piece to change from tub to shower, half the water still goes into tub. The lights above the bed and the part in the faucet to the tub would be very minor expense or time to fix…. But with big impact to the renter.

Charles…glad you enjoyed your stay. I’m sorry you felt the unit was too dark, but I guess that is a matter of opinion. The light fixture above the bed is outdated and the light was very harsh. It is on the list of things to be remove completely. There 4 lamps in the unit in addition to the kitchen lights, bathroom lights, and hall lights. More than enough for a 375 square foot space. The building dates back over 100 years and yes the plumbing is very finicky. It’s not an easy fix and all of the units in the building have the same issue.

Pre-Wedding Get-Away
This was the perfect place to get away from everyone and just relax, in quiet, before our wedding on June 12. Close enough to make us walk off all the food we ate, yet far enough away that it was peaceful! Other than one issue, caused by me, there was no stress, anxiety, or worry. Wonderful Stay
Three of us sisters came to celebrate the youngest’s birthday. This rental was very clean, cute and convenient to walk through the Quarter and down Frenchman street. The hosts were very communicative and incredibly accommodating with checking in and checking out. The bed was really comfortable, and the unit has nice high ceilings and is generally a really pleasant space. The key code lock system made things easy. I hope to stay here again next time I’m in town. Thank you for being such great hosts!

Jazz Fest Fun
We had a great time at this studio on the verge of the French Quarter. It was everything it promised and more. Plenty of restaurants and good access to public transit, the easiest way to get to the Fest. We found a different breakfast restaurant within a few blocks every day, each better than the last. The hosts were extremely responsive. Would come back again!

We were very happy when we walked through the door and this charming studio welcomed us. Being right on Bourbon St but a few blocks away from the party scene was very convenient. Shops and restaurants were just a few blocks away. The apartment had all the amenities we needed including a full kitchenette, and a comfortable bed. The a/c worked great. The hosts were very accommodating. We would totally go back to this rental.

Great Accommodations and Amazing Proximity to French Quarter
Apartment was very cozy and clean! It worked out great for my husband and me. The unit was very clean, bed amazingly comfortable, hosts very responsive to our questions, and the proximity to the French Quarter was amazing. This condo was a short walk to so many great sites. The old building had lots of charm and beautiful architecture. The bathroom and kitchen were small but all we needed for a short stay. Keurig was awesome and kcups and creamers were even available. Free parking was a great bonus and the hosts were great about explaining exactly where to park. We would definitely stay again.

I have to say that as busy as the French Quarter is, this little condo was perfect to get away but still be located in the Quarter. Very quiet Extremely easy access to the French Market and Quarter for walking. Street parking was easier than I thought it would be next to the condo. This is a great little place to stay! The apartment is compact, but had everything we needed. The location is excellent, 5 minute walk to Frenchman street, everything in the Quarter is easily walkable as well. This will definitely be on our list for a return stay. Character and Location!
This has been one of my absolute favorite places we have stayed and we normally opt to stay in something other than a hotel. The character of this place and its location cannot be beat. It is close enough to the French Quarter proper to walk but also close enough to Marigny to have a quiet place to escape too after a fun day (or night.) The check-in process is seamless and it has all of the amenities you need for a single person or a couple. The fold out bed is excellent if you need it but I would highly recommend only having to use one bed so you can enjoy the entire space without feeling cramped. Again, one of my top places we have stayed in!
