We were unlucky enough to have stayed there during a several day period that the entire Omni system was down due to system hacking of some kind...ransomware or spyware or malware l. We were inconvenienced a little because we couldn't get key cards made for our rooms, however every customer had to be escorted to their rooms and the door unlocked by one of the employee every time we wanted in. Each and every one of them that we dealt with were pleasant, upbeat they weren't in a bad mood like so many in other hotels on a regular basis. The the whole hotel handled it very professionally.
One negative was that their rooms did not have USB ports, or very many ac outlets.
